    tried fitting in stealth with stealth io to make name make kinda sense, but i dont want a gimp build so didnt work.

    now how about some comments on the build and not the name? ^^

    nothing really, seems fine. only thing might change is slot some numina in aid self for 12% extraregen, but ur build isnt regen based like mine is so ..

    Also about mobility versus defense.A near perma elude scrapper is vulnurable to blasters and not much else.This is a good thing imho.Its nice to try and enhance what is already there for some sets and for an SR scrapper imho elude,recharge and defense are some of them.Unless you wanna enhance regen or something.

    perma elude aint any gud when pvping against a blaster anyways since they hit through it, mobility &gt; def

  14. nice build, only thing i would change is reducing the slotting on the passives, 6 slotting passives imo is waste of slots for just 10% more rech.

    it really isnt that needed if u have numina and miracle and a few +recov bonuses.
    for sc i would want stamina because no elude, but if ur playing a /sr in wb ur most likely in elude anyways so ur end wont move besides for the 1 1/2 mins its down.
