Thursday!? YES! I'm off today!
-
How about a Non-Hero Non-Villain entity that can cross from Paragon to the Rogue Islands...City of Mercs or somesuch.
Ok...maybe I'm just giddy about the news. -
I kinda thought that, but wanted to be certain. Very cool.

This might be in here, but my brain isn't really comprehending very well tonight.
Question: Does the level of the actual enhancement matter to the damage of the Proc, or is it just the Security/Threat Level of the character? -

Hah! I totally called this one. People thought the 5th Column were returning, but it made a lot more sense to me to see the Rikti were going to turn into a nasty invasion force. After all, they wiped out all but a few heroes the last time they attacked.

Usually the name of the issue has a double meaning though...so the 5th could still be returning, we won't know until someone said something, etc etc. -

I like the sign on the Zig that says:
"Prison Area: Do Not Pick Up Hitchhikers"

That sign is in a Freakshow mission over in CoH, too. It might gave been the Pwnz badge mission, I'm not certain.
Hitchhikers -

What i want to know is it going to be a seperate billing or an expansion is what they should have done. cryptic studios isnt always thinking but whatever makes them money i guess.

It's a totally seperate game.
There will be an update in CoH which will allow compatibility with CoV. (So you can fight Villians from CoV)
The update to CoH will be free.
The seperate game, CoV will not be free.
It's been said, although not with certainty, that the monthly fee for both games will NOT be equal to the sum of them individually. Meaning that you will get 2 games for just a little bit more than 1. Again, this is not with certainty, but is a "more than likely".
They're being perfectly fair about this, relax. Look at the updates to other MMPORPGs...you pay for EACH update. We've already gotten 3 huge updates for free plus more on the way. They could easily have asked people to shell out $30 or so for some of the updates they've made. -
Wow. Thanks everyone, that's incredibly helpful!

I live alone...except for the cat, and he's not talkin'.

I don't know if this is something that was being discussed with the new character creation process in Issue 4 (costume changes) but with the colors, is there a way that you could give the color name or "numbers" when you mouse over a color. There are color-blind folks out there (myself being one of them) who sometimes want bright yellow but end up with bright green...or we want red and wind up with something brownish. A really great solution for the color issue would be to allow people to enter colors in with the RGB 0-255 method that programs like PhotoShop and such use. Not necessarily with that many combniations of colors, but something along those lines. So you could do, R - 68, G - 68, B - 255 for a lightish blue color, for example.
