I kept losing contact during the last raid and couldn't get the bind to work.

I guess youre still missing my point. I wanted to have stripes on her SKIN and not on costume itself. To accomplish this I have the spandex of suitable color underneath the shirt (currently) and put the stripes on the spandex. This wasnt possible until I8 and the new shirts.

To make you better understand, heres a pic of her current 1st costume.

To have the stripes UNDERNEATH the costume wasnt really possible until now (at least on upper body). And still, you see her having the sneakers with socks up to her knees. It is still not possible to have a combination of, say, slip-ons and stripes, because there are no stripes available for lower part of legs. Have to use boots that cover her legs up to the knees.

ps. Also note, because she has real cat ears, I have to use correct type of hair that covers the 'human' ears that otherwise still appear even if you use cat ears.

Is you difficulty because you specifically want shoes?
My Scapper; Ginger Tom has a very similar look, he just wears long shorts but has bare calves/feet and is stripey on his legs no problems.

This may have changed with the new costume rehashes (I've not been to Icon with him), and it might also be a peculiarity of femal costume parts.

I did it by having Flat and Bare Skin and Stripes selected on the boots section of the costume editor.

I can't put up a screen shot since I'm at work but I can do when I get home if you want to see.

Well, this was my first ever raid.

I have to say it was an honour and a pleasure to be involved. Great organisation by the leaders, fantastic job guys.

The majority of people followed orders quickly and without too much spammage of the chat channels. I had been anticipating an anticlimactic event with lots of standing around for my poor holdless blaster. Not at all, mito clearing was great fun and even standing on Coward's Hill with all the other useless Blasters and Scrappers, (that is the only thing I consider broken about Hami raiding), having a /e drink and telling jokes while watching the Controlers and Defenders do their thing, was great fun.

A shame there were people who hadn't bothered to get Hami-costumes, and some were even sporting wings and auras. Still, we managed with the lag. (Heroes look all funy when the GFX settings are all at minimum)

I'm totaly up for doing it again, and given how smoothly this went, I don't see why this couldn't be a much more regular event on Union.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, particularly the organisers and leaders. /e applause.

I will unfortunately be driving to Wiltshire to visit the inlaws when this kicks off.

Sorry to pull out at the last minute, good luck to all.

If anyone could save me a spare Hami-O, I'd be very gratefull.

Well, my darling wife has organised for us to visit her parents that evening, bless her.

At our normal rate, we'll have passed the new GG thread by about 15:20 this afternoon.

There are many great Supergroups out there, many are looking for new blood all the time.

Last Line of Defence, The Darkwings, MoX are all well established groups with experienced players. Personally I couldn't live without the One Archtype Coalition (1AT). This is a coalition of supergroups that have a single chat channel and are based around specialit groups consisting of a single archtype.

Ie. The Precision Rangers are all Blasters.
Union Overlords are all Controlers
SNHS are all Defenders
Team GBH are all Scrappers
Armoured Core ar all Tanks
Cosmic Justice are all Kheldians.
