So, I saw this pic in my email. It's awesome official CoH/V artwork done by Paragon Studios in their "Please come back and give us another try" emails. Sent to me for my third account which is currently inactive.



The style of the artwork itself is pretty good. I like it. I mean I like it enough to consider having a commission done by this artist of one of my own toons if I had the cash to spend.

But that's not the focus of this forum post. What I'd like to point out is something humorous.

Where's Manticore?

I mean, you can obviously see his arrow quiver. Right over Statesman's shoulder. But, where's the bow wielding pretty boy with a Batman complex?

So I have a theory! With the upcoming Power Proliferation 3.0, we might be seeing Statesman or Citadel respec'ing to add Archery to their powersets!

Things like this are one of reasons why Tip Missions and the ability to switch alignments (IE: Vigilante), are awesome.

So I haven't posted much here in the forums, as can be seen by my postcount to the left. However! I have been playing since the release of Villains, pretty much continuously, or as much as my work schedule and franken-puter will allow. Just ask Ice Knight, most of it was pieced together out of some of his old scrap. I was also a DJ for Justice Radio awhile back, and went by the moniker 'DJ Rev'. I have three accounts of varying activity; @Silvermid @Musicstudio and @Abelruy. But most people tend to recognize me by the toons I'm playing. I'll just name a few, because listing them all would be a post in itself...

So I figured, heck, why not make a truly 'dramatic entrance' here? What better way to accomplish such a goal than to post a picture? And yes, that is purely rhetorical.

So I made a new toon, with the introduction of the new Steampunk Pack. But you need to understand, I was feeling incredibly... silly... at the time. A comment made by the Devs regarding the potential uses of the new Pack's content kept churning inside my sleep deprived little mind. As a result, I endeavored to test this theory, and push the envelope. Subtly, mind you, nothing too extravagant. Simplicity is best, after all.

Many members of my close circle of friends have seen this particular toon, as well as a few members of JU, whom where invited to volunteer a few hundred braincells in the process.

I want you to know, that my wife thinks I'm completely insane, and can't stand to look at this character. In fact, she won't even log in to play with me while I'm running it.

So I present to you the newest, umm, 'hero' of Paragon City... DYSENTERY



Now for the Fine Print:
This toon is a joke, and likely won't last long at all. In fact, I'm practically expecting the Generic hammer to fall at some point. Most of my toons are, in fact, serious and well thought out with full backstories. None of them involve uncontrollable bowel movements.

To Poot,

You've put up with my zombies, my evil maniacal laughter, and my horrible fashion sense employing an overabundance of leather and buckles. You've endured my heroic posing and cliché calls for great justice and the American Way (though I'm actually Canadian).

But above all, you accepted me 'IRL', and shared vows with me.

I love you (and I can deal with your suicidal Blaster tendencies).
