@ghoul slayer(sp?)
I am a friend of @tiggy and she wanted me to let you know that her computer went belly-up so she won't be able to make it for the VG playing times. You can PM me here or in game at @Pax Texana if there is anything you need her to know.
Thanks!

if you sent it would you please send me a message.
It's from me - as Zek said. I knitted one for everyone stateside & something different for our Canadian friends. I'm really glad you like them
! I am borrowing Tiggy's addy for the time being - she gave me permission - that's why you didn't see a corresponding addy on the list
.
Just my way of saying Merry Christmasand all Y'all are the only ones who will be getting those this year.

Quote:*hugs*You are never alone because someone knows who you are, who you want to be, and who wants you to be the best.
Then there is the damn scrapper that goes and aggros the other group.
Then you are are your own.
Happy Holidays.
How true that is . . .

Got them mailed yesterday - please let me know if you get them. Also, I'm apologizing to the 5 whose stamps are that white post office sticker - the attendant typed faster than I thought
. Everyone else got Christmas stamps.

Hulu is your friend
Monk is there - as are a lot of other shows
!
I haven't seen the season ender yet - they post (usually) one day after the show airs . . . so we'll be watching it, if not tonight then, soon.
I'm sad to see it end, but at least they could have an 'ending' show. Very few series get one of those.

Quote:The Originals - sorry I didn't make that quite clear. & I see I screwed up the #'s *sigh* . . . Never was much of a fan of how he did those numbers anyway . . . I still prefer Moss Eisley (sp?) Space Port in the original - desolate, run-down & empty.Please clarify and state that there is an error here. And, after watching some redone crap version of Return of the Jedi, I hope never to hear about George Lucas and Hayden Christensen ever again (but I know that I will be disappointed).

hummmmmm . . . from when I was young or does young at heart count too
.
Fondest memory was seeing Song of the South on the big screen (when it was re-released in *coughcoughcough*) then going into Amentyville(sp??????) Horror to tell my Mom & her friend that we'd (me & the daughter of friend) be waiting for them in the lobby - only to walk in when the 'red-eyed' pig was on the screen *shudder*.
Any Early Disney animation/live action
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
Star Wars III, IV & V (of course)
Star Trek movies
Ladyhawk (still wanting to see the version I saw - don't know if it will ever be published)
TRON
GREASE/Saturday Night Feaver (double feature w/ my brother taking me - poor guy)
any Doris Day movies
any Cary Grant movies
any Fred Astaire (black-n-white) movies
many other black-n-white films
& lots of others that I can't remember . . .

hrmmmm - a lot of good lines are already posted here . . .
Secondhand Lions is a great movie (and if you listen to the director's commentary - you can play a drinking game w/ the # of times he mentions Austin)
(slightly pharaphrased as I can never get it correct from memory) from The Philidelphia Story: "I'm standing here solidly on my own two hands going crazy." {my best (and oft used) movie line}
