    Ok, we bumped up the level at which we fight enemies to +1. That worked out great, and was just what we were looking for!

    After a few trips to the hospital I was having a blast. Playing solo with my Blaster is even harder at that difficulty, lol. Loving the game even more now. Thanks for all the advice, much appreciated!!

    I just started playing the game a couple weeks ago. I got a buddy who started the game as well, but he already wants to quit because he says it's just too easy, which is making it boring for him and his girlfriend.

    I love the game myself, but I don't really know what to tell him, seeing as my highest level toon is level 9, and I just started doing the Hollows. But he does have a point, it has been pretty darn easy so far...any advice for some noobs who want more of a challenge?

    I assume like all MMO's that it gets more difficult later...right?

    That was my main concern. Seeing as how I just joined up, I would very dissapointed if that were to happen in the game. Sounds like that isn't what they are shooting for though, and that is good.

    Seeing as how I just started playing the game (got a full subscription last night), I was curious about what the veterans thought about being able to buy Power Sets when the Market comes online.

    Based on my experience playing other MMO's, it would seem to me that being able to buy powers or abilities instead of earning them is kind of a game breaker.

    But, due to my lack of experience in this game, am I just jumping to conclusions?

    Yep! I thought it was a silly thing for them to do and fortunately it is going away in a few months!
    Basically, they wanted to show off the new Praetoria zones and tutorial and have that be the introduction for new players, but I always felt that was a big mistake. City Of Heroe's greatest strength is its large amounts of personal choices to make and enjoy the game the way you want to!
    I blame marketing, but, fortunately, new players will be able to start wherever they want again, once the next free issue comes along in a little bit!

    Hey thanks! I made a second toon and started him in Galaxy CIty. I have to say that I love the game so far!! The community has been great.
    I held out all these years just so I could play DC Universe Online. Man, what a mistake that was. I should have started playing this years ago...

    Hi there. Total CoH noob. I started a trial account last night, picked a server, made a toon, and it started me automatically in Praetoria.

    How do you select where you start at? Is it a server thing?
