Practiced Brawler is Perma without Quickness.
PB base: 200.00 seconds
PB Duration: 120.00 seconds
PB with 2 recharge: 120.05 seconds
Quickness just adds a 20% seconds overlap.

With Quickness: 107.18 seconds
With Hasten: 84.53 seconds
With Quickness/Hasten: 77.94 seconds
The only thing you'll suffer with is the fact most other things don't fire/recharge, but generally PB is always recharged or running sumwhere regardless, and with Quickness you have a slight RES to (slow) anyway, which is usually enough to counter the majority of situations -- unless you get jam packed, in which case you no better off than most ATs, and you'll be hoping your DEF is as good as you hoped. -

other than the odd ones that caused issues.
Went rather smoothly.
My holding team even got to stand in for Hami-Tank healer for a while, heeeeeesomething new for them, and now they're wanting to make Pure Empaths for it. LoL
All in all.. good raid.. Hami went down a LOT faster this time.. nice work all. -

didn't think about that detail, other than the distance on how far away the GM is from the holders.. but I don't see an issue with that idea there.
I'll speak with a few people and see what we can do for you - sounds like a decent enough plan. But, if we have spare, I'm more than happy to give you the odd one or two where needed, to help out, as we do have Kinetics SBing us as well, during the Holding Phase. -

It's not a bad idea there..
and if we have got spare ones, we cud maybe lend them to the perimeter team.
But, we need all we can get to speed up things.. but I'll take a look at it, and see where I could maybe spare a couple or so Kins/RADs (depending on how many show up on each day, which is the main issue with diverting "forces" away from the intended 'jobs') .. but no promises -- we're still trying to refine the tactics we use, but I will keep people appraised if the situation changes.
But, feel free to keep the ideas coming, the more ideas, the better the 'Raid smoothness. -

My own 50 Stalker (EM/Nin) has 2 EndReds in his main 2 toggles (not inc. Hide) and he does ok with that one..
so 3 DEF/2EndRdx shud be fine for you, bro. -

AFAIK, they're about the same as Super Reflexes "EPS" wise, as the powersets have very lil difference, other than the specifics the powers do themselves. -

Notes for Raid Leader, "Blaster/Controller" Teams, Hami Tank, and Target er.
Hamidon: Still there... as usual
Mito Count: 33
Hamidon HP: 47,120.0 HP
Halfway HP: 23,560.0 HP
HP: 25,000.0 to 26,000.0 HP <--- I will call Vanguard to be fired, depending on the Holding/HP Drop count.
(This will help with "Fog-of-War" and people who lose Hamidon from target reticle.)
If you have Power Boost, try to have it firing as much as possible. Do NOT worry if you are on a Holding Team, you don't need to Brawl Hami' at all as we'll be right in his face for a fair while afterwards.
Always try to use a close Singularity, to target Hamidon, as it makes it easier should Lag increase and we lose target on him.
Do NOT initiate Holding Phase until either LOST, ME(Raziel.) or Tera Storm, say so[/b]!
Do NOT use Temp powers or Pets.. it's pointless and gets in the way.
Do NOT use anything other than Holds, I don't give a damn, how nice the X-mas Rings look, I don't want em, they're too short a time and unreliable timing!!!!
NO IMMOBILIZATIONS!
NO HEALS!
NO KINETICS POWERS directly of Hamidon himself!
NO DARK MIASMA PET!
NO TEMP PETs!
NO DARK POWERS OTHER THAN A "HOLD", that includes NOT using the TAR PATCH, like I saw someone use last Raid.. this includes the DARK SERVANT, I don't want him. So don't spawn him.

believe me, when I say.. she wasn't a noob, and it was an honest mistake..
from what she was telling me, she was targeting Hami and she lost contact and ended up targetting a GM instead.. and with all the lag we had, it's not summat that's uncommon tbh with some people's system.
Some can mean to press one thing, and accidently press something else and it ends up as a "oh ****" factor. Much like what happens in missions. -

The GM situation was a mistake, and it can happen to anyone, I don't blame or give her fault for her mistake, as the Hive is a hazard in itself... and anyone could've done it, and she did sincerely apologise during the raid and to me personally, for it.
We will be fine.

A Scrapper's role is to kill, and not slotting DA for damage will greatly decrease your rate of damage. I have mine slotted 2xAcc, 3xDamage, 1xDefBuff (3xAcc is overkill really) and if your SR toggles and passives are fully slotted one application of DA will put you over the PvE soft def cap of 45%. It's far better to slot for damage than defence buff.

YeaThe two AVs in melee, or the two brutes, or 6 stalkers trying to AS me, and missing every time, wud say otherwise.
Even without Elude on (unless it gets tight) You can get rather squished by RANDOM hits, which is what SR is all about.. chance... and decreasing that chance is a "good" thing. You can never have too much DEF.
DA's DMG is very small in relation to the higher tier ones, figures wise you're DMG 3 slotted is no better than Gambler's Cut, as they both do the same DMG, but when something goes Melee with me, I would rather attack chain my DA = +DEF vs things, than use miss out on it; and in PvP vs Stalkers missing 8/10 ASd and Brutes getting annoyed at me for using them as DEF buffage.. than use it as a DMGer which you have already, and lose outon that lovely +DEF addition(s), I find my chain has more than enough with the powers as it is.. and I've found it easier with 3DEF, than 1 DEF in DA, to go head to head with things in Melee (PvE or PvP), as it's a constant +DEF every time it hits.
True you CAN slot DA for DMG, (but as said above, the DMG is no better than Gambler's Cut).. but it's primary function is to act as a DEF buffer.. the DMG component is there for people that want a lil more from it. but when you're vs multiple foes in Melee/Lethal, that you can't oneshot so fast.. , which would you prefer kill them slowly and let them hit you alot, and maybe kill you first, with lucky shots.. or then missing more often than not, and kill them in the same number of time, if not faster.
It depends really, on personal preference, and what Kitty said isn't really wrong, depending on how you build your character.. but my Personal Op. would be to use it for what it seems to be designed for, Melee/Lethal DEF buffing-extra, leave the DMG to all the rest of the Katana/BS attacks. -
