  1. I have one serious problem with what the man is trying to do here. And that is a fairly simple one. Lore RP? More like trying to force other RPers to conform to -your- storyline, instead of the one Paragon Studios are producing and allowing players to work from there as a community, or with their own little groups. Best place for something like this is in your own SG/VG forums. Just my take, though
  2. I knew Salsa mostly as a member of RP Virtue and a few other global channels. When she was around, I knew that the channels I had in common with her would be light hearted and more fun to be in. I mostly remember that she was one of the few people to get my odd Battletech jokes, and the war of the shinies that was present when I first joined RP Virtue. I will miss the humor she brought to the channel.

  3. An update on my end. At a friend's suggestion, I disabled my audio card and booted up the game. This slowed the leak noticeably. I've tried a few other things in addition to this, like moving CoX out of my program files folder and into a new directory created for games. I think this helped slow the leak a little on my end as well.
  4. I have tried in the past to update my drivers from the Intel site, but it stated I needed the drivers from the computer manufacturer. So, I was SoL on that front.
  5. Installed Service Pack 2, but I didn't have any difference in performance. I still crashed after around twenty to fourty five minutes.
  6. I've been having a similar issue to Jackrabbit's, and I've managed to pull the info off of CoXHelper. I decided to do two tests, one at the graphics that CoX thinks my computer can handle, and then one at absolute minimum. I have tried a few fixes (like a fresh install of CoX, clearing out my hardrive as I am on a laptop, and running it in safe mode) but none of them have fixed the problem. Typically the crash is accompanied by a massive spike in memory usage, usually around 3,000,000 k that is observed with the Windows Task Manager from a base line of around 1.5k.
