  1. 3:20ish I believe. Its been done in less time since.
Seen some full teams take longer.
  2. Barb swipe and scare are quite nice in pvp.
Jump kick has the same animation time and damage as air sup, less end and rech.
Burn is fairly useful if you use it like caltrops or have a kd power, esp aoe.

The change to energy transfer took EM from my favorite set and 3k hours played on my main to haven't bothered to log it in. The set could be retitled 'wait on animations'. Its damage in pvp really isn't an issue any more, and it has basically no aoe. Meh.

Stun in blaster em is fairly useless, though it could be stacked with TF.

Grant cover has some nice secondary effects, but its primary goal as a team defense power winds up being pretty worthless.

You get one hour out the basement pit a day for exercise.

    Con!!!

Dunno, I'll set out the live traps though.
  5. Hamidon also does -regen/-heal, his isnt as high mag as the green mitos. The +HP heals are unresistable as well, dull pain, earths embrace, etc. The best brute for hamidon is one with EoE, though.
  6. Agreed with the blazing aura. You can probably color tint it to be less obnoxious as well. The constant ticks of damage are nice, esp if you are mostly single target like DM.

My recent project has been a MA/FA with blaze mastery.
Dragons tail and burn work quite well together with blazing aura though it can take a while to drop burn and I wind up sticking to fireball and DT on teams with decent aoe damage unless there are a lot of lt or bosses around the character.

The damage from burn isn't as effective if you dont have an AoE KD, but as Puce said, it can make stuff run around and not melee you while you recover HF. So it *might* be worth considering.

I built mine to 30 s/l defense, with CJ and Weave going, and 20 ranged defense. I also built it to 50 recharge, with a decent chunk of +hp and recovery. Especially if I supplement my defense with a single luck and dont stand in bad spots, the character does alright alone on the second ITF mission and medium-challenge things like that.

It is a bit light for things like the scrapper challenge, pylons, or ship raiding without support, but I have been pretty happy with it overall.

If you go blaze, it should be a pretty flexible character, decent survivablity, decent aoe and single target.

FA is also fairly fun to poke yellow mitos with during hamidon raids, though that may just be me.
  7. I would say it depends on what you plan to do more than anything. Those are pretty good numbers, a luck will mostly softcap you to aoe/ranged.

    Some general stuff:
You can generally get better enhancer values (acc/rech/end) in your attacks if you go with typed, since you are likely slotting kinetic x4, and then have two slots left over.

It seems difficult to build up psi and c/f/e/n to significant levels with typed, if you ship raid often that may be a consideration. Otherwise there isn't a lot of psi on the repeatable content at 50. If you do carnie or AV arcs that changes.

If you just ITF, all you need is SL essentially, there is some fire and dark.
If you just LGTF, s/l and nrg, with some psi and possibly fire if you like to pull dragons tail alone.
Scrap challenge, s/l, nrg and psi.

PvP is a whole other ball of wax.

So, I'd identify what you plan to do the most and work from there.
  8. Dunno what justice is thinking make some kind of fixed schedule, that sort of thing is against our ethic.
But: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=204629 is the set up people are planning to stick to for at least a while.
  9. The mu pet is one of the better ones for doms. It does decent damage and will heal you fairly often, though its up time isn't that great. Its fairly nice for ship raids or the mix it up fights on the ITF, rom and computer, especially if you are in melee which elect assault would suggest.
  10. 50 people contributing. more or less. 18 minutes from 1min timer to defeat, no temps.
  11. Rumor has it there was a couple 18 minute pug raids on justice as well.
  12. BU impale is 381, add in a crit, 726.

    Pretend a squishy manages to get 60% dr, that is 290 (726 * 0.4).

1606(squishy hp cap)/290 is 5.5, so you need 6 stalkers.

If you add in some +dmg (everyone has assault would be what I would do) or procs, that number is going to fall in a hurry. 30% (equal to three assaults; you could probably get +60 or 70 pretty easy) drops it to less than 5.

I sorta see why you might ban shark, but I think AT limiting would work a whole lot better, because that isn't using any procs.

  14. I don't think I can make it if it gets pushed back a week, due to travel over the thanksgiving holiday.
  15. Those numbers should be pretty flexible based on what shows up.
  16. They mentioned it again this year in the context of 'you can't have zombies and banners in the same zone'. Quite a few people have thought of trying it, and a few did just in case it was bugged, without luck.

I have seen some of the GM's take on rikti before, its kind of amusing.
  17. There is mutual exclusion on invasion events. Only one can occur at a time.

You can set vent up to not use a hotkey.
  19. Turn your armor toggle on >.>

That was with killing the flier before Recluse.
  20. I have a level 10 sitting around. I might also be able to roll the 30-35 one with some relogs.
  21. 36 and a bit to 48 and a bit on my cold def, a lot of it on the good pug group flea kept going Saturday. The a couple levels from hanging out with Ubers D3 and a quick itf.

Bane from 33 to a little under 36 and a scrapper from 33 to 35 were all I had time for.

It says a lot for Justice that you guys not only do these regularly but you seem to have a good group of folks who know what they're doing.
It took a little time for that to happen red side. We had at least 3 or 4 raids before anything really happened red side.
