If you honestly expect there never to be any issues then yes you are fooling yourself. Paid services have trouble. It happens, whether it's paid or free, that bugs come up. Especially when you are dealing with millions and millions of line of code. Is it frustrating, yes? Is it the end of the world? Hell no.

Getting the same problem. What drove me nuts was I was getting ready to start a new character when the error popped up. I had spent 15 minutes fiddling with the costume and such. Got the powers colored how I want them. Picked out a name and then went to enter the game. Then got the "Could not connect to DBServer". I just about screamed in frustration.
