If you were talking about the Rogue Isles, you'd be correct, but it would also be much less surprising.

I've played this game with my arm in a cast.

Best not to enter a costume contest with the hope of winning. Just do it to show off.

I know they exist. Rikti with uniforms and armor that are different from the standard. Ones with splashes of red, for instances. Or the Gunmen with more green on their armor than usual. I only ever see them on Mothership raids. Why don't these Rikti show up in normal missions more often and break up the monotony?
[/ QUOTE ]
They are generally found in the Midnighter Arc missions, the Cape mission and occasionally in non-newspaper and non-RWZ missions where Rikti appear.
In the i10 beta, they were the Rikti who showed up in invasions and the other kind were the ones on the mothership. Then they were switched around just before open beta.

And they got rid of the Rikti Schoolgirls too.

The thread title sounds like an anime.

Ever since I first tried the Architect editor, making arcs has been a pain because if I turn on the 'start animation' button on the preview for a NPC, despite said NPC being tiny, it causes crippling lag that slows the game to slide-show speed. It used to stop when I got the animation to stop, but today it kept going and the only way to stop it was to reset. Needless to say, this makes the MA very difficult to use.
Is this just me, or a known bug? And how can I fix it, if I can? -

If the devs were ever to raise the base defence of SR toggles in order to make them readily better out of the box, in counterpart i would not mind if they were putting a hard cap of 35% defence in order that IOed and buffed SR cant softcap and trivialize so much of the game content.
Who's with me?!!!

You'll take my 40%+ ranged from my cold, dead hands... -
...waitwaitwait, how exactly do you do this?
I hope I can customise the weapons on my Mercs.
The costume customisation reminds me of my Wolf Spider's default costume... -
Actually, you know what the easiest solution is?
Start villainside. -

Hilariously, in the new bubble farms, heals are completely useless.

How can a set that has so many videos from various people soloing AVs and having many successfull RWZ Scrapper Challenges be considered underperforming?
Most of which I have seen are /SR in regards to scrappers

Let me refer you to the "with IOs" and "at low levels" points of my previous three posts or so, and then you can get back to me. It's not about what SR is capable of doing at it its peak. It's about the journey there, which is very unfriendly.
What SR is like is basically like Doms were until just recently. At their peak, maxed out, absolutely extremely powerful. However, at any point below that peak, not very fun to play and one of the worst possible things ever in the pre-30 game. To say that there's no problem because they're good when maxed out is ignoring all the low level bumps in the road. Playing a low level SR character simply sucks, no matter what the set is going to be capable of "eventually."
[/ QUOTE ]
Given that the set's had a good reputation long before IOs, I really doubt they're 'necessary'. -
You might have Set Bonuses putting the numbers off scale or something.

If you're gonna be unoriginal, at least use public domain properties.

It's your future self. Duh.

And there's no 'OP' class to level to fund others, this game doesn't work that way. A character should be able to easily raise enough inf to buy store enhancements, especially if you sell off Salvage and recipes.
-
I dunno why a few people listed Assault Rifle, especially since it recently got buffed.

Every single Natural origin Scrapper has a bone to pick with you now.

The servers are arranged from top-to-bottom, lowest to highest population- except the server you last visited will always be on the top.
Virtue is the second most populated server, and has a large number of roleplayers, which may or may not be a good thing.
Oh, and don't be afraid to make as many different characters as you want. You're given all those character slots for a reason, and there's far too many different combinations to limit yourself to just one.
