Exactly what my title says. I'd run missions for my contacts but I find them to be boring now, IDK why. I've flown from zone to zone looking for something to do but have found no one. I've gone back home to Praetoria but find running missions with lower levels rather boring. I've flown over to Rogue and still found no one to do anything with. I'd run with my SG but hardly anyone's ever online.
Basically, I'm just looking for groups of higher levels so I can have some fun, hopefully level my Saiyan up more (BTW, this is no cry for PL'ing, just for fun), and finally be able to do all the Task and Strike Forces and Raids.
My main toon is Sirory, my Saiyan, but I do occasionally use my DB/Regen Scrapper, Neksis (Level 30 =/). If anyone would like to help a fellow gamer, Hero or Villain, please let me know in here or in-game. Thank you! =) -

After you get your game back, I suggest burning it onto a DVD or saving to an external hard drive. If you somehow lose it again, uninstall anything leftover and run the installer. It will create a City of Heroes folder, but the folder won't actually have the game yet until you run the updater. To fool the updater, copy the folders from your backup into the new City of Heroes folder. Run the updater. The updater should verify what's in the folder and download/update as needed. This should prevent another 3gb download and will save time. -
WTH then?! I bought the Mac Edition In-Game item pack a couple hours ago and I'm trying to buy the Good vs. Evil In-Game item pack now and I can't buy it! The store won't let me.

So apparently, they have a couple booster packs and item packs up for sale in the store for Cyber Monday. My question is: are we ONLY allowed to buy one pack for the whole Cyber Monday special or can we buy multiple packs in a day?
Cuz to me, in my experience of the day, it seems that I can only buy the one pack, since the store won't let me buy anything else anymore.

I had to do a system recovery recently and like an idiot, I forgot to backup all my files. I bought the game off the site so it was a digital purchase and I'm just wondering how I get the game back? Do I have to re-purchase it or is there a way to re-download the game again? I don't wanna feel like I lost money. =/
And as far as the boosters I bought, would I have to purchase those all over again?
Please help! >.< -
Again, this is all supposed to be fun. I know that not all countries celebrate certain things the same way. I never said that we all share the same beliefs around the world. I was just saying it'd be pretty fun to see in-game.

A lot of people have alternate costumes they'll use most of the time, so they don't get 'caught' using copyrighted characters. They also will not use directly violating names; if they do, they get hit with the GM generic code, making them "Generichero###" and given a costume wipe, causing their costumes to be wiped. On the matter of copyrighted characters: the game has the ability to let you make your own character. Why settle for someone else's? You may take inspiration from character you might love, but the nice thing is here, you can make them your own. Are there things you don't like about a comic hero? Something you'd do differently? Making the Super Spider Man in red and blue? Trouble, and kinda boring to boot. Spider-Man has his own games that work much better for him anyways. But if you like the idea of spider-themed heroes, You can easily make "The Jumping Spider", a brown and black scrapper (not in patterns similar to webhead) that bounces around, and uses black scorpion's web powers. Lame example, but you get the idea.
And the alt costumes, IDK. I have a friend who actually made Deadpool, reversed the name, and runs around in the traditional red and black. Alt costumes consist of the same suit, just colored different. Never uses them though. -

And again, I said MORE people travel during Thanksgiving. During the Christmas event, you at least have people having weeks off of school and such where an event would be well-populated. Having an event around Thanksgiving for a week or two would mean that for at least a 1/4 of the time, you'd have most people not near their computers to play during it.
What ever happened to these forums being fun? It was just an idea, not an actual suggestion for them to do it. Lighten up a bit, have a bit of imagination. -

Why are there no Thanksgiving events? You know, giant turkey running through cities, maybe bring back pumpkin head, have random Native American and Pilgrim attacks. Give the N.A.'s bows and arrows, like the Warriors, and hide out in trees, like the Tsoo in the Hollows. The pilgrims could have special rifles, designed as muskets they could attack with, they could throw rocks, have axes and whatnot.
I'd find it pretty fun. =D -
Oh yeah, I know. I mean, I've seen someone remake his suit and everything, give him a different name, but that was in like, 2008. Never found out much after that. I was just wondering what'd he be IF he were to be made up.
Interesting side-note though, I've seen multiple Marvel characters running around in-game, yet nothing's ever happened to them. And they're in like, their 40's. Hmmm... IDK... -

Damn, now that you mention, I hadn't thought of that either. What power pool set would he have? He can't teleport, doesn't fly, isn't super fast, maybe SJ? He has been shown to jump pretty high from time to time... from what they show in movies, anyway. Lol

Aside from all the web-slinging and multiple uses for spiderwebs Spider-Man uses in comics, games, and movies, what would he be in regards to CoX? I mean, would he be a WP/SS Tanker or IMO, be more of a MA/SR Scrapper? IDK, but it's hard for me to pin him accurately in this game without missing something, you know?

So it's been about 2 weeks now and I'm still experiencing problems with the NCsoft store. I can't buy anything at all. Do they plan on fixing this any time soon or leave it as is?
I've sent private messages to two different admins and have gotten no response in the week spent since I've sent them and apparently the thread made for this issue has been completely abandoned.
P.S. - If NCsoft doesn't want my money, they can kindly let me know and I'll spend it elsewhere. I mean, I'm pretty sure I would LIKE to spend it on something I want and would like to have... -
Well, I don't doubt there's a graphic for it, I was just wondering why it didn't wanna show up at first. I'm sure it'll come back around at some point.

So I did a tip mission with team, I decided to get the Power Hungry badge and it gave me everything but every time I check my badges, the picture for the badge doesn't show up. Instead, all I see is a little white square in its place. Any reason why? It gives me the credit but it doesn't wanna show the actual badge.
It's not that big an issue but I just wanna know why it's doing that. =/ -
