Actually on the forums I think QR means they used they quick reply box at the bottom of the page.Mainly done to signify they are not replying to one particular person but simply making a statement.

Um,does this mean that you could only have,say,5 recharge bonuses from sets no matter their value?

Just be careful getting your account reactivated,I tried and instead it charged my card for a month @14.99.
I assume it was something I did but it's really gonna mess up my credit card >
