Deathdude, good build there. My personal opinion, there wont really be room on the superteam for ghosting or stealthing, even in PvP. Also, a five or six slotted Spectral Wounds is a hellova psionic slap buddy. Decision is yours. -
I hardly team up in PvP zones is why, but here is a third try:

Where my Stone/Ice tanker has an attack chain of Taunt > Ice Patch > Taunt > Greater Ice Sword > Taunt > Frozen Fist > Taunt etc. while running Mud Pots and Rooted and Granite/Rock Armour/Minerals accordingly.. this Ice/Stone is more damage and PvP orientated.
Besides, chilling embrace *does* taunt well while my attack chain is Build Up > Siesmic Smash > Heavy Mallet > Energy Absorbtion > Siesmic Smash > Heavy Mallet > Energy Absorbtion > Next Mob > Energy Absorbtion > Build Up etc. catch the drift? -
Forgot to mention, Tank is already level 46. Thanks for the info you lot, some were useful at least.

To retain the feel of team-work might I suggest we stay relatively close to each other level-wise.
Maybe we should stay below level 10 until we meet again.. when will we meet again? This weekend? -
i would replace permafrost with stone mallet for more damage in my attack chain.. but to be honest with you, im a tank and permafrost can gimme up to 20% resistance to fire. and i think with it, i can dance over caltrops.

PvE, its about taunt, chilling embrace's slow and a build-up > siesmic smash > heavy mallet chain of attack.
PvP, its about seeing through stalker's hide + invis or stealth while pounding through defences with great accuracy running chilling embrace for slows and icicles for interrupt and DoT.. also, withstanding nearly everything with a hoarfrost > hasten > aid self combination, not forgeting hibernate when in extreme danger.. only to repeat everything again.. until victory is achieved.

My opinion.. niether. No need for any guns.
I've tried all three and (especially if you're /dark) you have better things to be doing than shooting alongside your minions.
Not to mention the pathetic damage in comparison with your thugs' weapons.
Your pets are cooler than you, face it, (take pride that they work under your payroll) but never admit it! -

Cerberus: While I disagree with it being totally unneeded as it can be used to help recover team mates endurance after a nuke its not needed to stop end sapping mobs as AM greatly protects against this.
Extremus: since when has AM protected against a Malta Sapper or Recovered that much end when you really need it?

Shannon: I took combat jump (-immob), acrobatics (because knockbacks = -dps), haste (fast recharge mines = +dps), superspeed (ss+CD = invis, then go into a mob, drop timebomb count to 11 secs drop tripmine and boot it past minefield and chuck caltrops).

Sparkshot: Go uzis
I prefer the AK's. They shud've swapped the two around and have Uzi's as the unupgraded power. Imagine Dual AK's. (too 3rd tier mercenaries maybe? whatsits name? Commando? Rambo?) -
If you're struggling with endurance or you'd like the comfort of stamina, I'd advise Swift > Hurdle > Stamina.
Then pick up Dual Wield if you must. To be honest, I think you'll find that your thugs don't need your contribution in damage (on your average mission anyway).
It's up to you if you really want Health, but in my opinion it only really benefits people with other regen powers or some sort of armour. As a mastermind, I dont see a situation where Health'll significantly help you better than the next /dark (who's going without Health)... except that it reduces the magnitude/duration of sleep mezz's on you I think.
Oh and er, good choice skipping leadership. Your pets already have enough of it. -
