Pious

Having seen the broadcast, ex-supersoldier Pious Hunter of the New Heroes Union sped through the skies of Kings Row frantically searching along the co-ordinates he'd acquired. With a mighty thud, he lands outside the warehouse and checks the surroundings for open traps. He notices a shadowy man nearby and his memory suggests it could be the hero known as Efranof. He quickly approaches and introduces himself. "Afternoon, I'm Pious Hunter of the NHU responding to a hostage situation, possibly inside this warehouse. Are you Efranof?"

Midnight Illuminati. World-Class Villains working for an Otherworldly Office. On earth, they do what villains do, big and small. But the game is much bigger than it seems. I've added you now Knightmare and Wild Red. You guys edit in your characters and add a small description like I've done with Pistol. I'll start the recruitment plot 'New World Alliance' soon, most likely on the SG forums.

Okay I've sent personal messages to those players with more suitable characters; Tyger, Powerfist, Synth, Emperor, Fanservice, Stryke, Infinitron, Arctic, Cactus and Stiki. If anyone else wishes to get their villain characters involved with this project let me know.

Having defeated the drones Pistol raced across the courtyard, towards the East Wing entrance. Just as she reached the doors a blur of grey fur chased past and blocked her path. In her haste, she reacted with instincts, charging directly into the animal with her shield of deadly sharp ice. She readied a sharp blade of frozen air particles, poised for a follow-up attack.

With this month's wonderful bloom in forum roleplay I thought it'd be helpful to write down most of the current plots onto a list in the Handbook. Current Events! We're free to edit it and add to it.

Issue 14: Mission Architect promises to multiply the possibilities with self-made story arcs. Assuming the system works like Base Architecture and Flashback Missions, you could draw-up your own missions for steps 2 - 5!

And so it begins. A certain dead villain has been spotted by Police, trespassing in Peregrine Island. Reports are all over the Police Radio and as usual the Department are in need of Hero Assistance. Anyone here want an invite to Chapter One? I'm looking for a hero or two to respond and attempt to stop Pistol, preferably the technology-inclined to later assist Portal Corps technicians. Sorry its fixed now. I should have disabled alot of the UI windows while recording, I forgot that so this Saturday'll be better. Also do you guys think I should record in combat sound effects as well as the soundtracks? I know the event was muchly enjoyed, but are the videos any good?

Hey guys. Been doing a lot of roleplaying with Walter Steamworth and Mechano regarding this and I'm starting a forum roleplay soon for my plot titled Global Healing. Who else is ready to roleplay, Pistol will contact you.

As most of us know, there is a player versus player arena built into the nightclub called Pocket D. Some of our characters refer to it as the Cage. Now, I've had an idea. Its a simple idea that has probably been experimented with before, but I propose a new method to execute this. The cage (as portrayed in the City of Heroes comicbook) is known to be a popular stage for non-lethal battle, usually for entertainment value. My idea, is a forum roleplayed fight club with only one main rule: the victor and sequence of action is pre-determined by an actual in-game in-character pvp battle between the opponents, refereed by the spectators. A good precedent, which my idea is based on, is the Pistol vs Mechano fight, which occurred in-game and was retold with some much enjoyed dramatic exaggerations as forum RP.

"You've been a disappointment to the rogue lords Mechano, making alliances with Paragon's heroes, worst of all, the Priest! But lets put that behind us, for now, and discuss this rampage of hulks you've unleashed. What is your plan exactly, with an army of drugged up trolls? Is this a world domination plot from the League of Immorality or are you running a solo conquest?"

Meanwhile, in Kings Row

"Sorry, my apologies" said Pious, getting to his feet and looking around at the aftermath of the giant battle. "Fiona Myers, right? Read a file on you once. Thanks for helping me up, I'll be sure to put in a good word for you." He places a hand on his ear to recieve a telepathic message. "Looks like the rampage of the ubertrolls has been stopped, other heroes around the city have gained control of the situation. Chronodyne supplies have been depleted too, only problem now, is finding Mechano. Through him we should be able to locate the excaped trolls, put a stop to this madness and destroy any remaining chronodyne."

Pious' unconscious brain slowly came to. His eyes registered the face of a young woman close to his nose, staring at his dizzy eyes with great concern. "Rachel?" he asked. "Where am I? What happened?"
