In the past 5 or so years i had verizon I had it go down once and that was cause my router went bad.
To Suspicious_Pkg:
They don't offer fios in the city of Philadelphia yet just in the burbs and i think it will be awhile before they do. The fios tech i talked to said they will have to dig up alot of streets to lay the cable. I would love it if I could get fios. -
I had it happen recently and i have seen a few complaints about it again recently. If you wait it will eventually let you log back in.

I use verison DSL and it works fine with the game. My understanding of comcast in our area is that it's a shared conection so at peek times in a big city it can be slow, you may find that the DSL is actually faster at those times. I use the faster of the 2 speeds verizon offers but i have also played city on the slower with no trouble.

I do think there is a decrease in speed for DSL that is directly related to how far you are from their hub. They did upgrade alot though in the city so that may no longer be an issue. -

I'm just curious how exatly do you guys get these PVPEC titles? Are they self appointed? because quiete frankly it sounds like you don't speak for the community at all but only yourself.
Anyone can apply and I believe Critical Kat posted asking for reps on freedom. It's not an easy job so I would like to commend anyone who steps up and runs an event. Re the person running the event makes the rules...I THINK (may be wrong) that the committee actually makes the rules for the PvPEC cross server events but any rep who runs an event on their server makes their own rules. -
Darkbridger I have been posting the matinee in the Justice United MotD I just wanted to see if that is ok and should be continued.

Why the above is truly how I read your post, an open event to any female that was an adult had ventrilo and a mic, I should have asked if you wanted it in the message of the day. So I offer both you and Toona my apology, for putting your event and a gl to his teams since I did not ask either of you and you both where upset that it was put there. I would like to say i genuinely think it is a good event and a fun time and hope that more of the female players try it. The PvPEC has done polls before regarding what the community wants regarding events. I cannot remember if arena settings where in the last one i saw though.

For red side raids i have a kin or a pain dom and i can lead a brute team if needed.

Oh one thing i really do like about skype is it has a nice chat fuction which also makes it easy to drag and drop files to share. The abilty to use a webcam for the call is also nice. Makes talking with long distance friends more like you are there in the same room.

Re the no push to talk on skype I was told you could bind a key to mute and unmute your mic essentually making it push to talk. -
