    They are both 20-40 so you won't lose any enhanced value, however they much, much, much cheaper.
    Thanks for the input masque I would say people should get whichever is cheapest since the +hp is why they are slotted. I tend to toss decimations in my base when they drop so i use them. I hadn't noticed ruins I guess i have to start tossing them in the base to >.> I am not great at making builds but I have gotten so many from Ra i have learned a bit at least for the healing sets.

    This is a difficult term to use, since if you knew some of the PvP'rs that Masque knows you would know they would go there with the sole purpose of griefing them. Is it griefing in the strictest terms like ones that violate ToS rules no. PvP zones are for PvP anything goes, but it very well might be with the purpose of making their attempt fail and making them rage for entertainment.

    The public advertisement of such delicious QQ game, in the form of this channel is possibley trouble.

    Lmao well I agree with you there, the only thing I could say (playing devils advocate) is perhaps they thought since the "channel lead" put it in the mods would be unaproachable? or maybe they would be singled out.

    It's hard to say what people will find offensive, i've offended a few people without meaning too and have been somewhat stuborn in being aproachable about it lol. Some peoples comfort lvl with being upfront is vastly different then others.

    I honestly was suprised to find out what the motd was that got mod'd.

While i didn't find it offensive someone either did or was just being a ***** idk, but again they have to enforce CoH rules it's their job.
  17. I don't play on virtue but I do mod a few channels. In general when you join certain channels you will be told their rules ahead of time or they are posted on the forums or in the MotD. If you can't abide by them then don't join. If the channel is for TF or teaming and people arn't talking about them I would say a mod absolutly should step in and give a quick hey guys this isn't what this channel is for word. If they don't listen then silencing for a few hours is usually enough to re-enforce the channel rules.

    Personally I am the ***** Mod for the channel I moderate most. It's a family channel with a no drama rule and I have silence quite a few people including friends. Most understand it's not personal it's a PITA job if your doing it right.

    As far as the why can't you go off topic? Well it sets a precident and also it sets out the possibility of the apearence of unfair moderation if some are allowed to go off topic and others aren't. (I have heard issues with this in a champion global channel). You will never make everyone happy with something like this, to try to do so is foolish. Stay consistant and true to the channel's set rules is the best you can do.

    Personally i don't like game only topic channels as i like to chat a lot.

    Not to be an anniversary party pooper but I have friends unsubing pretty fast over this and Justice once again is loosing some fine players, from what I hear other servers are loosing people as well.

    And there has been no response from a developer in almost 2 weeks and not even anything from OCR indicating that they care or are even reading the feedback in the past 9 days.

    I am sure there are many that would rather current issues with incarnate content are addressed before we get anything new. It really should have been a priority but their silence speaks volumes to it not being so.

    A couple weeks back someone hacked the email company for like chase bank, best buy and a few other large outfits. I had not even woken up to hear about it before i had emails explaining what was going on from chase and best buy. That is taking responsibility to your customers. Not just shutting your mouth and hoping no one notices.
    There are some Privacy laws that I am sure they can use to justify the class action suit and a delay in notification would certainly hurt any defense..
