Yeah sorry dude not committing that much time to go back and read all the posts in this thread. Regardless of what CS said to you personally if they get enough petitions from players who are not happy with the downtime it will do more than posting in this thread.
I know for a fact that a group of people have gotten a free month when they where inadvertently banned for 3 days. But only because they took it up with Customer service. OCR is the ones that read this thread and they have no power to do anything but report that people are not happy. CS actually has some power. -

Keeper start a new thread as your team thread. The core size is 10 atm and you have 11 so you will have to remove one. I'm happy you got the team together and I see some players there that have some league experience to give you guys a hand.

Honestly I though OCR would have taken a step of good will with all the server down times, and no I don't mean a ustream session. There have been numerous angry posts at this point some of which have been erased, and none addressed. I sincerely think that if people got some paragon points it would go a long way to calm upset players, since they haven't steeped in I assume they can't.
So my suggestion to people posting here would be to take it to CS either petition via the website (https://support.cityofheroes.com/), by email support@ncsoft.com or in game, which is a lol comment since ironically it's down yet again. Because it seems other than venting (which can be very healthy) this thread is getting you no where, CS may be your only chance for action. -

Actually the people who inadvertently got a three day ban due to them training lvl pacted toons all at once got a free month when they complained.
So complaining to CS does sometimes work.
If you add up the down time from Sept and Oct your well over 3+ days of game time lost, as opposed to the normal 16 hours for the same time frame of normal maintance.
I still think extra Paragon points would go a long way to smoothing peoples ruffled feathers, but unfortunatly I will not be able to bug Z on UStream about it since I am at work. -

It's actually been the past 2 months that the servers have been down for much more than usual. You could throw the community a bone of some paragon points just as a consideration. -
I really need to catch one of your UG runs MP. Haven't had a chance to try it yet and would like to go one a well run one for the first time.

The way you worded it it seemed like a negative on Masque when, as he said, he was only trying to make the best of a bad situation and get some friends off of a team where they wheren't wanted. Bud had already made the trade Gfunny just went for more by asking for money on top of the players. I had forgotten about Elf Stalker he traded himself and another off his team and left them floudering.
Captains should never be able to trade themselves it's BS.
