Its popular, so you hate it.
If you had a twitter account, which I am not saying you need. But if you had one. You could only follow news places or sports teams. The weather channel, find out when bad stuff is brewing.
You dont have to follow any actual individual person if you chose not to.
Its not really a big deal. You can lock yourself in your own world, of things that interest you. Lock yourself in the options make it so you give permission to others who want to follow you. I just Decline 99% of them.

However, Twitter, SPECIFICALLY, is mindless information spam and glory hounding. It has apparent validity, since people use it, and enjoy it... But I personally feel it is a trite way to say, "LOOK AT ME!!!!!!! (pleasepleaseplease!?)" If my friends/acquaintances/random strangers cared THAT much about my life, I'd be a little skeeved and afraid of stalkers, not complimented. But I guess that's 'cause I'm just an old fogey, waving his cane, and smashing looms. Rawr.

I just download and install program called GIMP. It actually looks like an awesome picture editor. Cept my stupid pictures from the game are still coming out all black.

More APP/EPPs would be fine, provided they're well-designed. Not necessarily these, though. I'm kind of confused by the choice of villain epics - you only have two of the four seconds represented, for one thing. Where are Wretch and Barracuda? Also, why create masteries for the Arachnos soldier types when we already have VEATs? What would be in Wolf Spider Mastery, for instance, that a Wolf Spider can't already get?
I think you could probably get a fair number of people behind "more epic powerset choices" as a general idea, but these specific suggestions seem more like your personal wishlist than something you could get a lot of people behind. The only thing I can really see a consensus on is weapon epics, and that mainly because people want to have weapons to customize.
Of course, if you just wanted to publish a wish list, there's nothing more to be said.
CoV feels locked in because they chosed the 4 contacts in the room with Lord Recluse... So I went to the Wikipedia and found other names that could also be "Patron Pools".
The names for CoH are easier.
And I do think those are named appropriately, I am sure people would love to have Dark as a Mastery. I just read that in some other thread, about what would be your ultimate build.
So I just added more and more off that general Idea.
As for what I want? Sure why not. Why do you not see a need for further customization... I dunno. But I do think we NEED more ways to customize our characters, further character developement is always nice. -
I am trying to screenshot the character list, not actual ingame stuff.
My ingame stuff comes out normal just without the UI.
Am I doing something wrong to take a normal screenshot of the character list? I am hitting PrntScn like I would any other time. -
Hi when I try to take a screenshot of the game, it comes out all black when I try to copy it into Paint.

So we can further customise our characters and have alot more choices. -
I really really really hope that you guys are planning a media blitz for Going Rogue. I don't just mean on the web either.
Why not start selling Going Rogue T-Shirts now... and have like "Coming Soon" 2009 or 2010 on the back...
Why not Have Best Buy put up posters inside the store, amping people up.
I, personally, started playing this game anticipating CoV coming out. I got the game a few months in advance so that I could get a good feal for the controls, and wouldnt be a complete newbie when CoV came out.
I hope we can see a Going Rogue commercial at the movie theaters before some upcoming super movie. I think you should mysteriously "leak" pictures from the Going Rogue new zones to the Interweb... and start some early hype.
Maybe show us some pics of the graphics upgrades.
I would love to wear a TShirt for Going Rogue coming soon 2009... I want one with that Dominatrix looking lady on the front... and whips and chains on the back... signifying her torture spirit

Its odd. In my expierience some people actually do care what others are doing every single minute of their lives.
Texting is Numero Uno because people are constantly asking each other, "What are you doing?".
Funny, is the same question on Twitter. I love reading the NASA news on the Twitter, as well as the Weather information. Fifa World Cup News, NCSoft News. They don't post EVERY minute.. Just every so often. and I find it to be nice.
I don't know who yall are following that gave you such a disdain for the service. But, um. Most of those I follow are News information, sports, gaming... I have like 6 people. And of those 6 people they post every so often. -
