    Please help game wont start and tedhnical have been unable to resolve. Basic info from test below.

    Stalkers vs MMs

    Hey Mime I have let a stalker AS me in Warburg with my bots in BG mode (ff secondary). The bots destroyed him - i was running dispersion bubble only and hadnt buffed bots. Stalker was En/Regen.

    As long as I dont allow the bots to run off I have a chance and if i need the stalker moved i have the repel bubble (last one in ff.

    I would recommend tp me away to an area that would make pets run through higher lvl enemies and agro them. Only good in a pvp zone - arena you will struggle against any mm.

    Plant/Ice

    I got a lvl22 plant/ice dom who hasnt been played in 12 months. Has anyone got a high lvl 1 and if so are they a fun build to progress with.

    Also any advice for future power picks.
  7. Aid self before tough with 2 interupts 2 recharge 2 heal. I went leaping pool for combat jumping and that little extra defense.

  10. Lol same day i post i get my pc running after a week of trying. Still wont be on as much as previously as the wedding draws near. Gratz to all the sg by the way on the move in the rankings.
  11. Von I am struggling to get either of my PC's running.
    The old one overheats after 45mins if i am lucky and turns the power supply off and my new one has recently had a major system crash which does seem to want to fix. I would suggest kicking Last Alt and Frozen Angel69 as I am not going to be able to contribute to the sg for a while especially with my wedding coming up in August!!

    Getting Bored ?

    I agree that the content of the game needs more of an update - i would like to see villain epics (these however look lost to us) or simply new power sets to play with. Only so long you can try re-use the same powersets (particularly if theres many which dont mesh with you).
  13. Looking to build a new alt as Brutus nears lvl50 (9bars to go)! Is there anything where particularly short of or need in sg - next alt currently planning to level is frozen angel (Ice/cold corr) currently 25 but dont mind rolling something else if where short of something.

    Have we got anything planned for the Double Exp weekend as an sg?
  15. I am glad that use could be made of the sg - i didnt want it to turn to dust like some other sgs. So the mothballs have been kicked out and expect top see a few Phoenix Killers around in the future. It will be interesting to see how things work out and how the 2 sgs fit together.
  16. Your choice either pain69 a lvl50 Bots/FF with the 2 external bubble buffs and TP foe &amp; Friend and Aid other and resurect or brutus69 a lvl45 SS/Inv brute with no external buffs.
  17. I have never been so busy on an alt as the empath - we where in the hollows so the issue is related to defenses not being rounded out. Just glad its not an issue where healing ismore readily available on CoH and players have learnt to lean on it more.

    Look forward to going from heal bot to buff bot them lol
  18. I am an experienced villains but but newish to CoH. I roled an empath/rad currently level 11.

    Is it me or does an empath end up laying health out like a madman. Seems teams over rely on being healed compared to villains who seem more self sufficient (I do play MM's, brutes and corruptors mainly).

    I currently have no problems getting a team invites appear as soon as I log on. However I seem to get very little mileage out of rad due to healing like crazy.

    Question is does this change later in game?
  19. Von im having a few problems with constant crashes since I9 went live - including taking 20 minutes to log into the game at times due to the lost connections im getting. If I cant get some improvement in the near future its unlikely I will be on too much.

  21. Bad news Von I have been sent a beta test code for Tabula Rasa which may mean I spend slightly less time as my villanous self.
  22. Was a blast as I expected it to be more difficult than it turned out. Once we got out team roles sorted we steam rolled most missions easily unless we agroed 3 mobs at once.

    Would be interested in running the next TF when people are available.

  24. Im considering it a long holiday at present got a few things to do coming up like getting married!

    I will see how i feel afterwards - but losing 2 full salvage storage units of salavge really did get my back up!
  25. It is with great regreat that I have decided to close this sg. I have been in this sg since my second day on the game (just short of 18 months now). The friends I had in the sg have mostly left the game and I really dont want to spend hours each week just recruiting new members (just so we have active members) as most where now inactive. Pain69 will remain in the SG on his own just for when i feel like starting it again.


    If anyone wants the 68th ranked sg on server (no members now though) give me a tell and I can discuss - one condition would be that Pain69 remains a leader although I am happy to take a back seat.

    Waiting on the time time the Phoenix rises from the ashes (hopefully).
