Min Size does not matter you want all 3 teams full and kinda balance, CoP takes some hard work and preparation,so far i think level 30 are the min that would be welcome to it since you need to be level 30 to enter warbug and be able to get the nukes needed to make it possible, and i think its only 9 merits plus the badge and a temp power.

i have a WP/ tank but i hate that toon -
its was completed on redside, in 11 minutes i think, the time we did it we had atleast 6 chemical nukes, 6 bio nukes and 6 blast nukes, abouit 80% of the participants had shivans, we had 4-5 darks 2 rads 2 colds, i tried to have one dark on each team and i think each team had 2 brutes/tank, only the leader of the team need to be member of the SG/VG that is hosting(running the CoP) i recommend you make sure the leader has a stable connection and its not someone prone to dc or crashes( if he crashes the team wont be able to get back in if they use the hospital) Azile recommended PD cause the hospital base entrence and insporations all all in a really short distance.
the first part its easy you just need to make sure all 3 teams do it at the same time.
once we where inside we casted all the pets and used 2 of the bio nukes, powerthrust actually taunted all the mobs 2 us at the entrence and that actually worked once he's shield is down we all went in and nuke the crap out of him Azile was correct and just go for broke all or nothing. -
