First, just wanted to say thanks for such a fine writeup. The work is appreciated. Now, as for my input... I have a lvl 30 Eng/SR stalker and I've got a little input. I find it disturbing that our builds are so similar (both skipped barrage, both skipped stun, both did the swift/health/stamina at 20-22-24, etc.)

The only real difference is that I went hasten-ss instead of hover-fly.

- Didn't take barrage. I took hasten and quickness, which means that my attack chain of BU - AS - BS - EP - Placate - AS - EP - BS etc. is already pretty solid.

- Kinda surprised you didn't slot EP. I use EP a lot to finish guys.

- Completely agree that stamina is required. I've head some stalkers say they don't need it, but even soloing, it makes my downtime much faster. And in groups, it's amazing how much more effective I am now.

- Why SS? Because in PvP (and somewhat in PvE) speed is king. If a target is low enough to the ground, I joust. (Jousting = key up the attack while a long way from target, run by at full speed, when the target fires, you'll be a distance away on the other side.) If I see the hint of a stun, I'm right back with a placate - AS. But I find SS essential to get into melee. As soon as I see a target struggling (held/slept/stunned, etc.) I can zip in at full speed and start inflicting the pain. And of course I'm maxed out on SS, so if I'm in trouble and bail, no one can catch me. But having said that, i'm thinking hasten + quickness might be overkill, so I'm thinking of respec. I just see all those fat, juicy, hovering targets up there that need a good AS...

While I'm in the same boat (I've never seen my attacks always miss), I had just gathered several hours of play data last night that showed that my sonic cone attack with 2 +acc enhancers was indeed missing far more than it should be and was about to send it in.

And then I saw this post. Can't complain when the Devs are already fixing something that I just found out was broken.

I just have to say that, when a mob (say an AV) does a certain amount of damage, my Ice tanker risks dying instantly with nothing that can be done. Whereas the other tankers will survive that hit, and then can be potentially healed or other responses.

Until that issue is dealt with, the "Vision" can never be achieved.

With the new update, they are maxing scrapper resists at 75%. In doing so, they've implied that the limit is actually lower for blasters. Do we have any idea what the max for a blaster is? With the new epic power pools, it seems likely we'll actually start hitting it now...

But if you want some great villain emotes, just watch an episode of WWE wrestling. Those guys are masters of the 'emote'. Right off the top, I want the Rocks "Come get some" emote. (Like the current taunt, but first point at the target.) Or Stone Colds double finger salute, which of course could become clenched fists to make it acceptable for the youngins, but the older crowed will get the idea. Lots of ideas there!

Just wanted to report that I took my 43 blaster last night and exemplar'd to some 32s in Bricks (Great way to get rid of debt and meet new people) and the aggro was perfect. The 32 blaster I was exemplar'd to was drawing equal reactions/aggro as I was.

Damn, if you guys keep fixing things this fast, I'm NEVER going to get frustrated, quit and spend some quality time with that Rome: Total War I picked up.
