Great TTJ tonight! We had three teams running: a Manti TF, and two missions teams. The Manti TF finished in 1:20! Nice work all. We were able to keep one mission team throughout the entire TTJ time and a little after.

I'd like to thank all who came to TTJ and welcome all the new participants as well as the vets and team leaders. Next month we'll be running Synapse as our TF, so get your Tanks ready to roll!

Okay to summarize, no would take too long to sum up:

Enri taunting Hami

Tanks Taunting Yellow Mitos (raiders not killing any, Tanks just distracting them)

Raiders into the goo and wail on Hami

Pop EoE as called for by Raid Leader or when flashing

Nukes of appropriate kind when called for by Raid Leader

Pets/HVAS/Shivans summoned when called for by Raid Leader

All raiders, except Taunting Tanks, should be focused on bashing Hami

Does that pretty much sum it up? Any additions, clarifications, or something I missed?

I'm going to push my next Hami raid to next week so we can concentrate on Enri's raid on Thursday. Let's use the time to get warburg nukes, shivs, hvacs, and eoes.

Wow, sounds like you had a rough run, but way to stick it out! That's "Tank Tough".

I had fun running with the team I was on. The only regret I had was not being able to join them for the 2nd part of the TF. We finished the first one in and hour and a half. So, I'm sure the 2nd one would have been equally enjoyable. Thanks to all my teammates for a fun TT.

W00T! No OT today! So, I should be there!

I have a Dell 9400 that is acting almost the same way (except it was before I17 and the system totally locks, thermal shut down) it runs everything else fine but dies on CoX. The system uses a Nvidia Gforce Go 7900. I spent some time looking into the problem, and it turns out there is an issue with the video card/system.

Not sure if that really helps you out Doc, but it is possible to have the situation you describe where everything appears fine, then the system crashes when running the game.

I'd look into the possibility of the graphics card being wonky. I imagine the testing done by the techs didn't include substituting hardware (which is really what needs to happen to correctly pin down what's going on). Until you can get back to a "known good" configuration (which would be a similar system that can run CoX without problems) I'm afraid you're in for some frustration (which I can totally understand and sympathize with).

If your system is still under warranty it might be worth trying to get an on-site tech out that has replacement parts for: Memory, Graphics, NIC, CPU etc... or you might have to send it in. The problem is though, they'll be looking for the system bogging during normal operations rather than while running CoX (which it probably won't). You'll really have to push the point to get them to dig further.

Thanks for the info Quatermain, I found out about the Green Mito Bug after planning the Wednesday night raid. I'm still game for to lead, so anyone who wants to give it try meet in the Hive at the original time. We'll try a couple of things before calling it quits.

Sadly I'll probably not be on this Tuesday (dang, have to miss TTC) prior to the Wednesday night raid, so I'll not be able to organize anything like a nuke run. If Hami is going to be broke for a while I'll look at running some nuke and shivan teams toward the end of the week and we'll try some different tactics next week (if a patch isn't in by then, if it is, Hey! Nukes!).

First, I'd like to say thanks to all who showed up at my Blue side impromptu raid on Thursday, April 22nd. Secondly I'd like to thank and welcome all the new raiders that came out. And give a hand to all the new taunt Tanks we had. It's an important job and there is pressure to do it well. From what I saw you all looked good (we had a few twitches, but that happens when we're learning). Also I'd like to thank the Vet Tanks that showed up and help cover/teach the new taunters. And, as always a big thanks to all raid leaders and raiders as well!


As anyone who was there knows, I DC'd shortly after the raid started. Initially it was a service outage and my ISP would like apologize for any inconvenience it caused, I'd like to pass this along to all of you who showed up for the raid. Unfortunately Hami played the “zap the modem card” as well and my service went down for good. I've just recently got everything working again and I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to lead a Hami raid.


I'd like to give a big thanks to all who stepped up and lead the raid to completion (possibly HRO? If so, thank you for doing so. If it was another player, then thank you. ) and/or stepped in to grab Hami aggro (Possibly Fortress? If so, thank you. If another player, then thank you. )(I'm not sure what happened after I DC'd but am hoping for the best).


My work schedule is still erratic and I won't be able to commit to a particular day of the week for raid leading, but I'm hoping that in a few more weeks things calm down. At that time I'll set a day of the week for Hami raiding, most likely Wednesday (unless someone already has that day reserved) and lead raids regularly on those days. Until then I'll keep leading Impromptu raids. So, keep your eye on the Justice channels and join us if you can!

Same meeting time and place as all other TTs?

It was another fun TTJ! We had a Sister Psyche TF and a missions team. The Sister Psyche team finished in approx and hour and 40 mins (Nice work TF members). While the missions team, a mixed level team, ran radios and AVs. Defeating several Paragons worst including Siege, Nightstar, and Marauder (good job all and I think there was at least one or two others...). So all-in-all a good time!

Next TT (TTF) will be next week (4/13) on Freedom!

Next TT Classic, Champion, will be 5/4

Next TTJ will be on 5/11
