Story: Justin Kringle always got less attention then his more famous brother, Kris Kringle. Their parents always favored the more sucessfull son of the two. They always asked what he was going to do with his life and why couldn't he be more like his famous brother. Justin was always more interested in helping himself first and kept himself really fit.
Tired of all this pressure from his parents, he broke into his brother's toy shop and built a costume with devices that used Ice to aid his skills. He set forth to combat the Winter Lords that plagued the North Pole. The Winter Lords were getting out of hand and causing problems to the area and he thought that defeating these would give him praise from his family. Instead of defeating the Winter Lords, he accidently sent them stampeding into North America. His parents demanded that he go and bring those beasts back up and out of harms way from others.
Justin found his way to Paragon City excpecting to see the devestation and lots of mad people due to his actions. Instead, he found thousands of very happy superheroes powerleveling their way to greatness. The heroes of Paragon welcomed him with open arms. Justin took the name: Killer Glacier and decided to stay in Paragon City were he became popular among the people. Now since he protects the citizens of Paragon, he has become the more favorite twin . . . . until December that is.
