Hawk their team didn't get to fight do to personal reasons. Hawk, and if Ray wants to stay in the league as a team, I for one will not punish him by saying no due to events out of his control. seeing how I am also a Sub, Think of it as I'm permately Subbing for his team, for the season, That is if he will have me.

2. Reps are to be informed of when rescheduals are, and when they take place. We Might not show, but we might show. If both teams are in pocket D, and a rep isn't on, send one of us an offline tell saying "were about to have a rematch". When the match is over post the winner. This is Final!
We as reps are big boys and We can contact both teams to make sure they actually fought.
3. As it is stated in the sub pool description: SUB POOL
The Pinnacle PvP League includes a list of City of Heroes/ City of Villain players wish to help other teams out in case they are short players for an league event. Subs can be part of other Pinnacle PvP League Teams, or SG mates, or players just willing to lend a hand.
Sub's are just that subs. This is a friendly league, if people are short, and you would like to help them out, then I'll be damned if I'm going to stand in the way and say no cause your on another team. This whole this is to promote PvP as a whole.
Lasty, Keep your drama off this thread. Enn-vee's First Post was her thoughts, and funks first post were his thoughts. Thank you for contributing your ideas, But keep the Drama off this thread. We are adults and if you want to go into this whole he said she said BS, I for one will not tolerate it. This should have been handled in PM's or in Tells and not for everyone on this server, Let alone the other severs looking at our league as a example for their own. Next Drama that is started on this Forum, their Whole team will Be diqualified.

Spawn Camping is a type of griefing. If we don't hear about it That Sunday or when ever you're reschedual is then how can we verify, or say the last match was invaild.
We're Grown ups for the most part. If nothing is mention when it happens then we can not act, and nothing is retro active. So talking about Play style that you think is unfair after the fact that it happened is just trolling.
as far as winning the league it's the team, always has been always will be. the other stats are Fluff to make the league more interesting.
Rules are listed in the first page of this thread. If a team feels that they we're subject to griefing then they need to discreetly bring it up to JK, Buck, Or Myself when it happends and we'll either have the teams do a rematch with one of use watching the whole match, or we'll say that just because he says your mother wears combat boots didn't effect the outcome of the match, and none of this 3 days later, I watched a match between a team that didn't complain and another team that didn't complain.

With the Website and the stats talk to JK. I'ld love a fully operational/ easy you nav web site just so people don't have to scroll through page after page on this thread to find 2 weeks ago's scores.
Also, We're going to post points on here as well, but we're waiting to have all the those that couldn't make it sunday do their fights and report their stats. Really no point in posting half the info and repost the other half when we finally get it.
To sum up about the individual kills. This was just an idea for team MVP, or League MVP. It was just for fun and to add a lil more competition, not to single people out in any negitive way. Almost every major sport have indivdual stats as well as team stats, and that is where we got the idea. -
OK, To answer hawks question. We want to attend to make sure that Team A or Team B actually conduct their match. Instead of just saying they did. It's a C.Y.A. to any talk of they cheated or they never showed so we win. If one of the higher ups are there, not observing (although we might, cause I was randomly popping into matches just to make sure no one was spawn camping), but just to reconize that yes both teams are there are ready to have their match. Last thing we want is drama, or conflicting stories. JK, Buck, or Myself are normally on and we're very flexible to peoples scheduals.

No one has/ will be removed from teams or added to teams unless the send me a ingame tell or PM saying they're out. As far as Team drama, well this is sad to see before the league even starts. if players are thrown into teams that they really didn't want to be apart of then I suggest you contact the players in the team and straighten [censored] out. Don't toll on this thread and keep the PvP in the game and off the forums.
Team 1 is still: Chibels and bit's. with boxxy, WW, and chibi. This will stay till I'm told differently.
If any teams are having problems forming or keeping players remember we do have a list of players searching for a team and an In Game channel to help people find members. -

Ok, I know you're all going to jump on me bout too high this or that or inferior slotting, but my question is a simple one.
If I took a slot out of Fast Healing and throw it in reconstruction, for a Glad Armor +3% def to all, and if I re-slot Mog to: LoTG 7.5%, Stead Fast +3% Def/Res all, 2 Recharge Io's. Would the extra 6% def to all be worth it?
I'ld be losing 40.2HP, 28%regen (bout 3 hp/s), and 9% global acc. On the other hand I'ld be at 11.6% Def to all.
I know these are small numbers in both directions, but wondering which would be more benifical.
Oh and the open slot in health is for the Panace Proc. I'm still working on creating it for my version of mids. Also the Panacea IO's that are listed only give the PvE buffs. Still working on how to get them lil buggers to switch to PvP when I click the tab. -
@ Mezzy is wishing to be moved off the searching for team and into the sub pool. @ detheb needs to be moved from the sub pool into looking for a team.

You don't need acro if you can achieve 18-20 points of KB protect with out it. in which the guy's build does have. Same with my sonic/EM, it has 20 points KB protect without acro and that means 1 less end draining toggle.
I don't agree with all his slotting and using some randon IO in place of hami's, but all and all I'ts a nice build.
as far as having both phase and noob, it's great to have both. many tactics can be formed with using both as well, such as the noob to phase, the phase to chase. the noob to heal leading to build ups and phase to chase. I like them both. -
Due to Jk and Myself not noticing Father's day when schedueling we set it for the 21st of june. This was a mistake on our behalf and dont want to interrupt the kiddies giving their dad's ties.
The New Season Start is June 28th, @ 5pm (pst) in the Pocket D Arena.
The Last day for team registration will be Fathers Day, June 21st.
we're doing this to allow our selfs time to try to combined the people that don't have teams together, or add them to the sub pool. This Also allows us to Finish creating the season fight roster.
As far as other servers leagues are concerned. Justice server and champion server are putting a league together with the same rules, and have shown interest on a CoX Server world Series on test to see which is the best server in the game. Each Winning team from thier designated server would go to test to duke it out. (This is not set in stone, but is a possibility in happening)
Side Bets during matchs or for the whole league are acceptable, but if a player doesn't pay up don't come crying to us.
JK is trying to set up a website for the Pinnacle PvP League which will show all of the stats and the league calender. hopefully this will be opporational by the time the league starts. -
@Detheb is looking for a team, He has been added to the Pinnacle PvP League Channel. He/She doesn't read the forums or can't post so I'm doing it for Him/Her.

Hey, yeah yoy could slot 1 lotg 7.5% in mog and 3 io rech, to make mog come up a tad faster, but with perma hasten rech isn't that big of a problem.
and for the phase pool.... there are 2 ways to build a regen, first is Recharge and acc, the second is defense. I personally LoL @ Phase on a regen. if your healing sucks enough that you need to phase something might be wrong with your toon. imo. Yet again this post is all imo seeing how this build is my opinion for Mr. Sword. -
