I have one! It doesn't get used much but the parents wedding is on VHS as were some news items involving my late dad (he was in a train bomb incident in Montreal ((as a victim, he survived!)) On September 3, 1984, a pipe bomb exploded inside a Central Station locker, killing 3 people and injuring 30 more. But I also have tons of old stuff like cassettes, a few random 8-tracks, LPs and such heh.

Yeah, my own definition of "poor" has changed a lot. I remember going through a rough stretch with family growing up when dad was between jobs and mom did some sewing we basically had to stretch food for weeks at a time and so on...and support dad's smoking habit (heh). Now poor is "not having spending money for luxuries like the new NHL franchise on X-Box" or something that someone really struggling would consider appalling. Even at the worst I haven't seen real poverty like my grandparents did (raising 10 kids on a forest ranger's/mayor's budget, being one of the few with a TV, mmhmmm.... )

I basically just deleted or gave away everything since I'm too lazy to list something if it doesn't return 30-50 million a sale minimum. Even then it's kinda "meh". That's why I'm hoping we get new stuff we can sell, there's always the initial greed rush for stuff like the new inspirations and whatnot.

Spam can be solved on two levels:

1)Game stops it for you, chat disables for two minutes.
2)You can ignore the person or spamignore them.

F2P looks awesome so far. I'm probably going to drop $20-$50 on the first day to unlock new powersets and reward tiers, then I'll see. I begged Zwillinger for purples and PvP IOs for real money but he basically nixed it.
Which kinda sucks as people are buying this stuff off RMTers (along with Inf) so it's odd that Paragon wouldn't just want to undercut them, though I do see the balance issues/Market issues.

We had discussed that each team be assigned a colour for speed.

FUBaphants would be "Red" while "Double FUBtendre" would be "blue" to speed things up. Is this still ok computer?

Why don't you play the market to get your stuff? LOTGs aren't that expensive at 150 mil a pop...seems like it would work out quicker than grinding merits?

I know I've been whining a lot less due to the new currencies and such.
I'm "middle class" with my current holdings (several times inf cap) and am making more money daily. No niches at all. I have a MM parked at 33 that sells five pool Cs every two days and my 50s cash in Reward Merits in the 35-39 range or random roll Hero Merits in that range. Everything else gets crafted and sold

The only time I've seen something similar was during the Freedom ladder, our team could play kingmaker. If we beat a team, the current team kept their number one rung while if we lost to said team they got the #1 spot.
Peril told us he'd give us all glad jav procs (value around 1 billion each, more or less) if we got it done. We did win by the skin of our teeth, was a great match from our opponents too.

Not sure if you could get enough players to throw games though...and whether you could find ANY to do it to begin with, given that rep carries some weight in those circles. It's also worth noting PvPers don't need inf, they need IOs...so you'd have to start at multiple glad jav procs, panacea heal and so on per player then see where the agreement is reached.

Manticore is the first to go in LRSF anyway, dang arrows are a PITA.

While I like the idea of the signature arcs, how are they different from someone creating an arc in AE with the signature heroes...will they have "real" impact on the gameworld? If Manticore "dies" does he disappear as a Task Force contact in Brickstown?
