I don't consider these forums a place where I would discuss SM/BDSM. Instead I just say that I play a leather dressed (chaos!) character with the name Toy Doll who's rather sadistic and cruel.

Though I'm glad with the villain side, because that's what got me to return to CoX; I like being bad. Hence why I played imperial in SWG, Chaos in UO and Horde in WoW.

For some reason I haven't figured out yet is pvp in CoX not appealing to me, maybe because when I played it was only pve with some arena's in the making where you could fight other *gasp* heroes (now why would you want to do that?). I think that idea stuck and never got out anymore.

Actually, if you ever can get your hand on the CoH Deluxe even then they can upgrade your account, but it was a bit tricky. Tricky but possible I ended up passing on my serial/proof of purchase to support and they on their turn upgraded my account (which of course already had a copy of gve - was for my second account. Wut?).

Hm, there aren't any enhancement really that would make me pvp in CoX. The only MMO where I've pvped on a regular basis was in SWG before the CU/NGE gathering armor/outfits (stormtrooper armor and imperial soldier uniform without the hat >.&lt for my characters and protecting the bases/cities (later in game, much later)

Not to mention that it was already clarified to the poster about the mistake made.

Well Positron wrote something about implementing a reward system so that people don't have to farm certain TF's for a certain recipe. If this is that reward system and if they actually mean that recipe I don't know, but it's possible.

The Zombie/Pain has caught my interest as well. I'm thinking about re-rolling my Ancient Lich Queen (Lich Queen was taken when moving to another server, boo). It actually suits her more than the dark (and I already have a dark/dark corrupter, and many other /darks).

Ohh erhm on topic ... eh right right ... Well I can only agree with what's been said before - but what I always hated in WoW is the random pieces of equipment that you get assigned upon finishing quests. Your character soon looks like a fruity loop, with all those mismatched pieces and colours. Can you imagine playing an evil undead warlock all dressed in rainbow colours, I mean ... c'mon! Even in SWG I at least could earn some points to get me that sexy stormtrooper outfit (which was the only way to get me to pvp but back then it was easy with an AT-ST or two at your command killing err no slaughtering rebels in anchorhead: ahh good times until they nerfed them into less than a pet).

But here I can dress my characters anyway I want without it affecting the powers they have. I also haven't seen any MMO yet that actually gives you the option to build a small wardrobe for yourself (though the 30sec between costumes SUCK!).

I'm sure there will be a test mode, if not, you most likely can publish the story arc private and turn it public once you have polished it to satisfaction.

If there's no way to test and edit, ehm well .. that explains the many grammar/spelling mistakes I've found in the many story/mission texts. All /bugged of course.

That could be part of the "zone refinements" - maybe they'll create new lobbies and revamp some building exteriors throughout the zones of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles to provide more job opportunities.

Well actually I have paid for temp items (clothes in a dance game), but they were a lot cheaper than that. I don't think I'd get the temp flight pack, but I definitely get the cyborg pack.

My, this is pretty difficult to try and envision oneself as a certain type. I think willpower would be one, despite of all that I found on my path, I'm still here. I'm not one to want and draw a lot of attention so I'd be a bit of a ghost, so a will powered stalker then.

I actually like the fact that they give alternative routes to obtain certain items, and I really would like to know the /etc/ from the new reward system. Since I'm wondering if you can get rewards by simply doing story arcs.
