um the trainer did the measuring for me she did all these measuring things on me with a caliper thingy and such heehee -

Breakfast: smoothie same as yesterday
Lunch: Quiznos SUb small with turkey and cheese
Dinner: Pizza ( iknow bad but it is bowling night and not on strict diet ever)
Weight: 185lbs (found out exact weight with trainer today)
Fat %: 32% (1% above unhealthy lose 2% and i am in healthy range)
Goal Weight: 135lbs -
june 2nd i am very proud of myself with exception to one or two things
Breakfast: Jamba Juice smoothie(strawberries, bananas, apple juice and yogurt)
Lunch: grilled chicken salad w/ 1000 island dressing and zucchini
Dinner: baked stuffed chicken w/ rice and corn
yay me that is better then i usually eat heehee
off to the gym to workout w/ trainer and get my actual details of body -

Ah low blood sugar hmm...
Id have to research that, mine is insulin being to high but I am not diabetic, as ive said we are trying to reverse my insulin levels so i wont have that chance of getting diabeties and I can go about normal just have to stick with the diet for the rest of my life and hope to kick my meds once I get things under control and wont need em anymore and with my age of being so young I have a high chance of that happening if I stick with it.
Ill have to research Hypoglycemia a bit cause sometimes whats working with me might not for you or it could work we dunno til we try it and you would have to ask your doctor.
Ill read up on Hypoglycemia tomorrow after my workout, I need to go to bed now... 5am comes earily and me sleepy....

actually hypoglycemia is a help to weight loss, i am border line hypoglycemic so i understand...
the stuff with all the suger in it isnt as bad for you as those with regular sugar lvls
when i was in HS i used to eat to much sugar and never really had a weight problem with me being as active as i was.. now i have to get my fat butt active again and i should be regular once again -

ok so NOire i am game some what but i don't do diets never have never will cant stick to them even if i tried, my big thing i need is to get my fat butt to the gym and out working out ... i have always had a high metabolism which helps
but i will try some of your food stuffs
Starting weight: ~175lbs - need to check tomorrow for sure
