No not exactly. While the ice sheilds help you allies you have other ways of stopping damage while a Force Field defender's only defense is his/her bubbles (I don't consider FF's knockdown/knockback to be a defense)

I'm suprised TacRedline or Erratic haven't come here to tell you how good electric is for radiation defenders. When using a rad your usually going to be in the middle of a mob to keep everyone nice and close. Electric has short circut which is a PBAoE end drain with nice damage. Electric also has good DPS (I dont have proof thats just IMO) Just though you should know.

My friend and I were tired of constantly sending tells to each other when we werent teamed up so we made a global chat channel. I dont want to say what its called because we only want to have 3 people in it. I want to bind v so whenever I press it I start speaking in team chat and when I press it again I enter our private chat channel. Can you help me out?

Indeed a lot of costume contests are fake but some are real. My friend and I have each won one. I have to admit I'm a sucker the title of this post attracted me.

Now I don't really get binds and I dont know how to set this myself or I might not understand completely so it might already do this. How would you set this so that it works with (I dont know if it has a special name) the up,down,left,and right keys?

I still think this is a good idea but I was just reading what Statesman said and scrappers have higher damge cap. With no defensive secondary powers and the ability to do less damage this might be tough.

Is it bad if a paladin is built? Wouldn't you just get better exp?

Im level 12 with my fire/device blaster. I have the same basic build as you have posted in your guide. I have had major problems since level 8. I am constantly dieing. I can't really kill any large mobs. If I do I will die. Its also been taking me much longer than your guide says it will. I don't play as much as your guide says but Ive had this character much more than 8 weeks.
