Level does matter, but a high level doesn't stop you obtaining lower level recipes - there's a sliding level option that allows you to pick any level (up to your current level IIRC).

Set it to 30, and you can see if there's a difference. All sets should be available at 30.

Check out Plasma's Ultimate Guide to Kheldians over on the US Forum. It was written back in January, but it is crammed full of useful info, from tips on how to deal with certain situations to full build plans (alas, no IOs - Plasma may write awesome guides, but he can't see into the future. Or can he?).

I used it extensively in planning for my Warshade, but since I moved back to concentrate on my Union SG he's been abandoned at 28 on Defiant. I'd like to get back to him one day, but Agent Green will just have to wait...

The downside to the "useless item" method is that you'll lose 10% in auction fees

If I remember right, they use 0.4 end/second. This is more than Radiation Infection (0.26), but less than Enervating Field (0.52).

To be honest, even with all the toggles I'd be surprised if any of us needed Stamina after 2 applications of Speed Boost. I'm definitely planning on skipping it, but that may change if the structure of the group changes.

Eagerly awaiting new Sonic/ animations though - it might finally look like I'm doing something! Those who play with the sound on will already be aware of this, however

Bear in mind that with 2 Kins on the team (I'm assuming neither of them have changed!), endurance shouldn't be a problem so you'll have plenty of room for all the lovely AoE effects! Also, mez protection should be pretty much covered between us.

It sounds like you've built the smallest TP room (1x2 squares), which only allows one beacon to be placed. You'll need to either add a second small room, or upgrade to the next size up (2x2) in order to add extra beacons.

A second small room will be cheaper in the short term, but you'd need to build a second teleporter. The 2x2 room costs an extra 100,000 prestige IIRC, but can hold 2 teleporters, and up to 4 beacons. The real challenge comes with arranging these without blocking doors!

I agree that regular TFs could be a way forward - it would save having to decide which missions to do, at least the downside is that we might miss badge missions, but these can always be picked up later. Maybe leave Posi's out until later, because it would probably slow us down to begin with, with all the travelling.

I find it strange how you can ask for more new stuff in the game, and then dismiss planned new content before you've even heard what it is.

For information, I10 will include (confirmed on the official site here ):
- Content for levels 35-50;
- New types of Rikti;
- New craftable costume pieces;
- "Heavies" which won't annoy PvPers;
- 5 new mission contacts (one of which will offer repeatable missions);
- A frickin' alien invasion!

On top of what you already mentioned. For no added expense. That sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Admittedly, I would love to see Villain Epic Archetypes, any new powersets, new costume pieces (which I believe are on their way), and for my girlfriend's laptop to be able to play the game again. Some of these things may never happen, but in the meantime I will soon have all-new content for my 6 toons that are stuck in the mid-30s.

I happen to love the inventions system, after being somewhat sceptical to begin with. I think the game is great right now, with some fantastic-looking new content on its way. There's a lot that could be done to improve it, for sure, but there aren't enough resources in the world to please everyone.
