  1. BOB'S CHALLENGE!!!

    Today's Challenge.....Hand Walks (standing upright, go into forward bend, put hands on floor and walk out into a push up position & do 1 push up. Beginners do that 25x's & advanced 50x's. Then do 100 situps...xox

  2. Food Diary - June 7th 2009

    Breakfast:

    2 cups of coffee with heavy cream, 2 hard boiled eggs with 6-8 peices of crispy bacon - 0 carbs

    Activity: Errands lots of em! Moving stuff and packing stuff, putting up a new shelf, laundry, dishes, etc etc

    Snack: Banana (dunno how many carbs, wasn't before my workout but meh

    Lunch: None wasn't hungry

    Supper:
    Went a bit over board today to see if I could shock my body into getting outta this 2 week long plateau.... so I had some homemade Crab Rangoon - BAKED and a pork steak (not that many but thats what they looked like!)

    Snack: vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup for dessert.....


    Total Carbs for the day: unknown atm but will be over 20 for sure

    Current weight: 225

    Goal Weight: 145lbs, 80lbs to go!!!!

    So far in 10 weeks I have lost 25lbs and 12inches total

  5. Ohhh Ill look at those soon, Hubbys getting stuff moved around and such and we need to pack some more stuffs we are not using that way the house looks bigger when we go to get it up on the market

    Toss out stuffs we don't need etc

    I am going way over my carbs today I can already tell just by well... what I am planning today lol o.o

    I wanna make some crab ragoon for din din and sweet & sour pork with rice....

    I wont have rice but i have not had ragoon in forever and I found a recipe that does BAKED not DEEP FRIED!

    Ill post it later!

    But my sweet & sour sauce is made with ketchup - not suppose to have!

    It's just well its um .... women time I need to do stuff

    sweet ...... salty......

    ugh ya sorry tmi but the women in this thread understand xD


    Plus when you tirck and tease your body it will work harder to burn more fat/cals etc, one day over do it a bit, next day load on protien foods.... plus after this next week goes by I should see some results because of what I said above

    I made a smoothie this morning had grape cranberry juice with fresh strawberries and a vanilla yogurt yum!

    expecally at that age, mine always tired to chew the cords, best way to teach em, get a can of air and spray it (not at them) those air cans always freak em out and make em stop what they are doing and eventually never do it again

    Yes PERC reps are gone, 2 have put in there notice there is one left but MIA because of RL so no PERC reps are around atm on guardian, not sure on PVPEC but its summer kids are outta school people are BUSY its vacation time for families.

    There is more than 3 in the thread btw and I am sorry if you are upset that we are working together as a team to help one another out, it is part of the game really, and please Ditzy_Blonde if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all.

    Breakfast:

    .5L of Green tea, 3 hard boiled eggs

    Activity: Errands lots of em! Walking alot for 3+hrs

    Snack: None wasn't that hungry

    Lunch: Salad from a restraunt we went to today it had chicken and olives on it, 16oz of iced aproct tea (6-8carbs)

    Supper:
    Not sure as of yet... getting late might just have the snack below or maybe a salad maybe both since i have not had many carbs today.


    Snack: Heavy cream whipped with peanut butter touch of splenda (3 carbs) - like a peanut butter moose (sp)?

    Total Carbs for the day: unknown atm but will be under 20 for sure

    Current weight: 225

    Goal Weight: 145 - since i found out today this is my ideal weight! so!!! 80lbs to go!!!!

    So far in 10 weeks I have lost 25lbs and 12inches total

    Also bought some blueberry tea today gonna make it into cold tea though, 0 carbs

    pffft I had TYLENOL WITH CODEINE NO. 3!!! When I got mine out! and they was freeeeeeeeee! I was living in Canada at the time


    Back on the topic of bacon, um I couldn't decide between bacon and cookies but together hmmm interesting

    Snack: None wasn't that hungry

    Lunch: 4 slices of left over pot roast, 1L of green tea

    Snack: 2L of green tea

    Supper:

    2 peices of grilled chicken breast from KFC, coleslaw, bun, green beans... ya prolly over did it with the bun they give ya but since I had no carbs all day I figured why not!

    Pepsi max ( yes 0 carbs, im allowed 2 diet pops a day if i want but this is 1 in like 2 weeks )

    Total Carbs for the day: Prolly 20

    Current weight: 225

  15. Oooooooo I will have to look into it!

    I checked my Ideal weight on a calculator today, turns out 145lbs is my ideal so that means I have 80lbs left to go!

    Makes me feel better knowing I got less to go lol

    Today so far I been eating meat, eggs and more meat, think hubby and I are going to go out to eat tonight we have not gone in awhile, since I been eating meat and eggs there is no carbs and I am allowed unlimited amounts of those so that works lol

  20. Bob's Weekend Challenge!!!! NO DAIRY ALL WEEKEND & find a way to break a good sweat for 30-90 minutes. Get your much needed calcium from broccoli, almonds, fortified cereals, White Beans, Soy Beans, Fortified Almond, Soy or Rice Milk. Adults need about 1000mg a day..xo

    Breakfast:

    1L of Peach tea, 1oz of BBQ baked nachos & 1 cup of strawberries It was before my workout so I am allowed

    Activity: Biggest Loser Bootcamp level 1

    2 eggs scrambbled (These don't count towards carbs cause im allowed unlimited eggs)

    Snack: 1 cup of cottage cheese 1L of peach tea (4 carbs)

    Lunch: 1 cup of broccoli (4 carbs) salad (4 carbs)

    Snack: black olives (1 carb)

    Supper:

    Roast Beef (0 carbs) with beets (4 carbs) Mushrooms (.5 carbs) = 4.5 carbs total

    1L Peach Tea ( yes crystal light again, 0 carbs)

    Snack: Sugar free popcle, cherry, 4 carbs, Green tea

    Total Carbs for the day: roughly 21.5 (Ya 1.5 over)

    Current weight: 225

    Goal Weight: 140

    85lbs to go

    So far in 10 weeks I have lost 25lbs and 12inches total



    Still stuck on this plateau i was told since I been working out so hard everyday my body prolly hasn't had time to catch up, im gonna stop working out for a few days give it time to catch up, i was told that usually works, im sure it will i hope it will
