PVP Revamp
PvP combat has been completely revamped in this issue, in an attempt to make it more fun for all ATs and builds. Please note that these changes only take effect in PvP situations; these changes have no effect on PvE. Here are a summary of the major changes:
The damage of all attacks has been refigured. Basically, the longer the activation/animation time of an attack power, the more damage the power is going to do. There are adjustments for recharge time and Endurance cost, but the actual time the power takes up in an attack chain is the primary consideration.
In general, the base damage of all Archetypes has been increased in PvP zones and Arenas. The Containment bonus for Controllers in PvP has been reduced because of their higher base damage.
Being hit by an attack triggers movement suppression, just as making an attack does. Suppression for being hit by an attack is always the same duration. Any power with a negative impact on the target (including all debuff powers) is considered an attack.
Note that Teleport powers are completely disabled when suppressed.
Healing powers also trigger suppression.
The greater the base range of an attack, the longer the suppression for the attacker.
Teleport Foe and related powers in Gravity Control and Warshade powersets now grant 3/4 of a second "untouchable" flag on the target.
Resistance and defense powers have greater diminishing returns when stacked than in PvE, and lower caps.
Healing powers suffer from diminishing returns when several are used in a short period of time.
All Archetypes (except Tankers and Masterminds) have some default resistances to all attacks in PVP.
Unlike in PvE, defensive toggles do not suppress when you are held/stunned. This means that not only do the toggles not drop, they continue to grant defenses while the player is held/stunned.
Melee classes gain extra resistances to all debuffs and to movement slows. These bonuses are linked to the power in each set that gives status protection (Unyielding Stance, Wet Ice, Plasma Shield, etc.).
"Buffing" Archetypes (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors, Dominators and Masterminds) have less ability to benefit from all buffing powers than other ATs (the powers have less effect on them, and their caps are lower).
Melee ATs gain more benefit from buffing powers than other Archetypes (the powers have greater effect on them, and their caps are higher).
Defeating enemies in PvP can award Influence/Infamy, Inspirations, and rarely Salvage, but no XP.
In general, there is no such thing as Status Protection in PvP, only Resistance. The exception is Knockback protection, since Knockback is a binary effect. The base durations of status effects are greatly reduced in PvP (generally 4 seconds for Controllers and Dominators, 2 seconds for all other Archetypes).
I got that from the I13 patch notes, rest is here.....
There is more in other patch notes too I believe -
yay!
I dunno what size mine are now honestly I think a 18/20?
I used to be a size 6/8 in high school
Even if I can get back into a size 8/10 I will be happy -

Week 3 down, and I have lost 10 pounds. I'm up to a 45 minute cardio workout 2 times a week, a 25 minute cardio 3 times a week, and a little weight training 3 times a week to go with the 'lighter' cardio workouts.
The weight is starting to come off, I just hope I can keep it up and get down to where I want to be.

Total Carbs for the day: unknown atm but will be over 20 for sure
[/ QUOTE ]
just an fyi on the carbs (to be certain). insoluable fiber counts as carbs, but isnt digested (so dont count it). The 20 limit is a decent rough estimate, but its the glycemic index that really counts. I can eat more strawberries than oranges (carb wise) and still loose weight. The fiber binds the sugar.
And glycemic index is affected by what else you eat. Example, if you eat some protein before ice cream, the insulin increase will be much less severe. if you eat the same ice cream by itself when your hungry (and only that), the insulin increase will be much higher.
btw, low carb cheesecake (splenda vs sugar) is a wonderful sweet treat ;-)
[/ QUOTE ]
*nodnod* on the cheesecake, every family get together we have now I usually make cheesecake with splenda instead of sugar, its yummy!
I seriously been thinking of eating fruits when its snack time but with the only 20 carbs a day its like impossible to stick to if I do.... Thats why I eat fruit or make a fruit smoothie before I workout then just stick with my eggs, salads and other veggies and meat after and for the rest of the day, I was and still am worried that my body is getting used to it, and its been getting fusterating being stuck at 225 for the last 2 weeks, sure losing 25lbs in 2.5 months is great but I have 80 more to go and I want it off by my birthday (Dec) I was ready to give up today and first thing hubby said is don't you will get though the plateau stay focus'd and positive but its so hard and fusterating.

I have lost 80lbs in 8 months! Seriously. My name is Bob and last april I decided to, well 1) Decide 2) COMMIT 3) Achieve. How did I do it? What do I eat? well we all know the answers to these - our media has been talking about it for decades. All I did was make a lifestyle change by eating healthy and doing an hour of exercise a day. Thats it! I kept a blog but I dont think its permitted on the forums. Dr Oz on Oprha has nothing knew, people just listen to him. So you can follow his satying young advice or go over to MSNBC and read about the ABSDIET. A is for almonds or nuts, B is for Beans (fiber), S is for Spinach or greens, D is for Dairy like Yogurt (bacteria), and so on. Peanut Butter is good. Whey Protein, Oatmeal with Blueberries. Turkey, Chicken, and other protein meats. Cut out all Sugar, Salt and Soda as much as possible. Drink Water, Green tea and Juice like Hi C. Get in a binge food and slowly cut out all your bad habits. Than get strict on your portions. Eat a choclate bar now and then or an ice cream. Since December I havent followed my plan and I havent lost any more weight. But I did lose 80lbs in 8 months. I am 192 looking to be 175 by end of August. Weather stinks and I had to cut my Gym membership (economy). Start walking and keep walking past the aching shins and soon it wont bother you. In months you WILL be jogging.

Beans are hard for me to eat because of the carb count being so high and I love beans, love chili love alot of foods but the carb thing of only 20 a day is killing me. I can stay away from rice, potatoes, bread, pasta easy but I do eat alot of green veggies, I make stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, sasuage soup with collard greens and tomatoes, I eat chicken alot and very little pork and beef, ground turkey, broccoli, salads so much I feel like a dang rabbit.
Excerse wise I do Bob Harper's Bootcamp dvd (Level 1 right now) as well as Level 1 on the Cardio Max Dvd. That both together is about 50-60mins, plus I am running around doing housework and packing things and organzing stuff getting all the stuff we are not using outta the way (less to pack when we get rdy to sell the house and move) Plus sometimes I will go skip rope for another 20-30mins or longer depending on my mood.
Here is my meals for today:
