    EULA Question

    agreed, that is generally the line MMO companies draw.

    Swearing=somewhat acceptable

    Race/religon/gay bashing = never acceptable.

    Keep this in mind and you should avoid the GM ban hammers ^_^

    EULA Question

    Dont quote me on this, but as long as he wasnt swearing overy other word and using racial tarms he should be alright. The instituted a word filter so they wouldnt have to crack down on things like that. if people deicde to tirn off the filter and then complain about use of certain words then its their own problem.
  4. Look im not saying that houtex is full of it or anything, i just dont see how they went from:

    to doubling the required amount of RAM to play the game without saying anything. so like i was asking. What did they change since i was last playing. and did the make a post about needing to upgrade to continue playing?
  5. by defult they might have jumped up. i can play around with them and see what i get.
  6. So what changed? my set up ran the game fine as of dec. '08. the only thing i did was upgrade my vid card. what canged game side from Dec. '08 to now?
  7. ok i added the relevent info to help you help me ^_^
  8. Ok so what is the most compatible ATI driver to use with COH?

    im experienceing LONG load times and by long i mean 3 and a half minutes. when using the AE to create arcs the character models are like all glitchy. and every time i try to go to the black market, my game hangs up so long that i get disconnected. this used to never be a problem but ever since i came back to the game these problems have started. im thinking it most likely is my catalyst driver witch is ver: 6.11.

  9. so if i place an elite boss, he can still be easily solo-able?
  10. Is it possible to scale down a boss? say i want to use an elite boss but only have him as a boss and thus not as difficult?
  11. I would say the safest bet would be. . . keep it along the lines of what you see in the mainstream game. i think the only envelope Ive ever seen them push is swearing and even then its pretty minimal. Being a super hero game, you have to realize that yes children do play here and regardless of EULA. . . its much easier to keep an eye out for inappropriate content than accounts used by children ^_^

    Architect Help

    So ive been searching around and it seems this forum is primarily used to advertise arcs. Is there a forum/section/in game global channel i can use in order to get some help, or even bounce ideas off other arc creators?
