Now, for many years, Samuraiko has held a near tyrannical hold on City of Heroes promotional videos. She's bombarded us with music videos, mixes, edits, and quality that some would say bests the City of Heroes team itself. For too long have we lived under her shadow and delicious brownies.

It seems to me that this should change. As is the way taught to me by my mentor, Andrew Ryan, when you want something, you take it. It is that simple, and those who think it is more complex are muddled and obfuscated by petty morality.

So I have done what most have only dreamed. I have ousted Samuraiko and made a City of Heroes Trailer of a sauce so awesome Teriyaki Chicken would not be worthy to absorb its flavorings.

In an act of true individuality and bravery, I have toiled through the harrowing first half of my lunch break to bring you all my opus. Let this be played at my funeral, which I imagine will be soon once Samuraiko strikes me down with a bloody vengeance brought on by jealousy and rage.

In Disneyland, in the Haunted Mansion, there are two portraits of gentleman dueling with guns. Every few seconds, one of them tries a new angle of shot in the hopes that they will finally land the killing blow. They don't realize that they've been fighting forever or that both of them are already dead. They are eternally passionate about ending this duel once and for all.

I'm pretty sure if I respond to this post, you and I are one step closer to being that couple.

Which makes us an anomaly of the most common denominators of each time line.

If you take the sum total of timelines as the core truth of reality, then ours is the one that's wrong.

Which means other time lines trying to "Fix" us may be justified.

I'm trying to think of a graceful way out of this that doesn't involve admitting that I jumped to conclusions despite that being my pet peeve about internet conversations.

The thing is, such negativity will change nothing at this point. The update will be out next Tuesday (we hope), and it's been tested already. Why not hold off and test your theory? As of right now, the negativity exists for its own sake and can't be integrated or reviewed fully by the developers.
