After the success of the last raid on 4/24/10, and with I17 set to hit on April 28th, The "usual" raid leaders have decided to skip a week, and not schedule a Hamidon raid for this coming Saturday.
I wanted to know if there were any ideas on alternate times/dates for doing Hamidon raids.
So far, we've had success getting raids together on Saturday at 2pm and 3pm Pacific (5 and 6pm Eastern). But are there any other dates and times that would work?
Personally, I want to see the next hero Hamidon raid on May 8th at 3pm Pacific (6pm Eastern). We've also considered leading a villain side Hamidon raid on May 15th.
So now I pose this question to the Protector population: What day/time would you like to do a hero side raid? -
Looks like each and every single person who's suggested something on this thread are saying the same thing.
Each Kheldian will be built differently to suit the taste of the player.
So, I'll toss in my little tidbit of Kheldian knowledge: a KB protection IO made all of the difference in the world to my Peacebringer. -
The raid took 1 hour, 15 minutes from the start time (3pm Pacific, 6pm Eastern) until Hamidon was dropped, and the Hive was nearly full.

PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENT START TIME
Hero Hamidon Raid.
Saturday, April 24th, 3 PM Pacific (4 PM Mountain, 5 PM Central, 6 PM Eastern).
kidengineer will be leading the raid/coordinating the teams.
A few points to remember:
* Warburg Bio warheads greatly help. If you can please acquire one for the raid.
* The Hive is restricted to level 45+ heroes.
* The raid team leaders will use the Request channel to coordinate the teams. Please monitor the channel for instructions, but do not use it unless you are one of the raid team leaders
* It will hold 50 heroes, if the Hive fills up, do not leave the zone, there is no guarantee you'll get back into that instance.
* The Hamidon will spawn (bloom) 3 sets of Mitos at (75%, 50%, and 25%), in addition to the mitos that initially spawn with him.
* After Hamidon is defeated you will have the option of selecting 53 Reward Merits or a random Hamidon Origin Enhancement if you are level 47+.
Please pass this information on in global channels and other forums, especially the updated time. -

The problem I had with the last mission map is that it selected the multi-layer Arachnos map with the green water at the bottom.
It's very difficult to navigate with an ally in tow. -
T has a Bio (and a Chem nuke). If I don't have the Chem nuke, I'll get it.

By the way, as Vega mentioned, the raid is not tomorrow, it is for the week after. So there is over a week's worth of time to acquire bio nukes from Warburg.

Does anyone remember the historical turn-around time between pre-download and issue launch?
My gut feeling is that the difference is between 2 and 3 weeks. Does anyone have any reliable information on pre-download and launch dates?
