After last nights lag-fest which was huge groups of heroes chasing the rikti attacks, I'm not sure I'd enjoy PvPing on this scale anyway. I was down to about 2 fps whenever the Rikti war party arrived...

I filled up all my slots on Defiant (none of them higher than lvl 32, curse you altisis) and have now made a couple on Union - I have to agree that Union seems more chatty, so far. But with Defiant OR Union you don't usually have to wait long to get a tell or a blind for a PuG if you can't be bothered starting one yourself (like me, usually).

Curse my alt-isis! Must get a decent PvP toon lvld to join in this obvious fun!!!

forget IOs, for fort its 3 membranes HOs all the way. if u can spare extra slots after that its range common IOs

Healing Dart is only about lvl 22...may need to wait a while for those HO's...

This is exactly what I did with my MA regen scrapper the other week. After a few minutes of dancing around the area, I stood still long enough for him to fire off AS, hit a heal, hit him a couple of times, hit another heal, stunned him with the flight strikey thing (at work - sorry) just as he went invis, popped a yellow but still couldn't see him, hit him with the aoe sweep (dragon's tail?) which I was very pleased about, then he mezz'd me. Think he got greedy here and wanted to try a quick finish, but my heals were back up - repeated cycle - I aced him. Bit of luck but felt rewarding

Not everyone as people use different characters that they haven't had a chance to slot. I've only slotted my main and half slotted two others. The longer you leave it, the more people will be slotted though lol. Just turn up and watch if your scared to join in.

Sounds to me like someone was trying to deliberately spoil your evening...did you ask them?

Edit: sorry just noticed that you said he was new...I hope you pointed out a few helpful hints for them?

Tensing your muscles against an immovable object ie. door frame, wall, bed-strap etc. would be classed as isometrics I think... either way the heart rate (amongst other things) has a tendency to rise!
