started a eng/kin myself recently up to lvl 19. The knock back is a [censored] for brutes. However find a friendly wall and say your placeing the the mob there and if you want your heals mr brute thats where they will be

seriously the reason I went for this build is siphon speed fulcrum shift nova wwwwwwipe out

Oh and that snipe mmmmmm mouth watering.

I'm realy looking farward to taking it for a spin in PvP will proably die a fair bit till I work out the best way to play it in PvP but who knows might surprise a few plp

This is as I feared which means there are only a few tactics to killing a stalker and hunting them down is near impossable. Still I like a challenge and have no care about how offten I die while finding a build that can in some way hunt stalker

OK I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to PvP but I'm going to give it a go.

This may be impossable but the question is there a build that can actively hunt stalkers?

I know scrappers do well against stalkers (I have a dark/reg which does really well against most despite not being built for PvP) but my problem with scrappers is that most stalkers once you've beaten them up (arrested). They rarely target you again and hunting them down as a scrapper is virtually imposable. There are a few very good stalkers who will come back repeatedly trying to kill you and some succeed and they also like to duel as they want to test and improve there builds.

But what I'm looking for is a build that I can actively hunt stalkers with. I have 2 in mind a blaster and a controller (both squishies hoping that they will also hunt me). I know the biggest problem will be perception and that some stalker builds have maxed invs/stealth so that any perception I have won’t see them but I'm hoping to be able to see some.

Any suggestions welcome (even from stalkers )

ice is i think the only set wich slow has no effect on and is a realy good set. As for D/W was never sure it should have been a tank power set. However if its aoe damage your after from this set you dont real get it till a lot later. You get weaken as yuor 1st combo but this is prity pants tho it is an aoe of sorts. Onethousand cuts is when wd real gets fun its a cone attack but is also the start of sweep and knock down aoe attack add in the other real good combo of vital another cone and you have all the aoe type goodnrss you could wish for.(just takes 38 lvls for a tenk to get there) Just remember to slot a lot of acc tho :P If you which to go down the wd route either a scrapper or a brute would be my recomendation so you get all the attacks by 32.

pick a patron do the arc get the free respec forget the powers.

I dont what build you have in the way of pool powers but I would go down that road maybe get leadership for tactics which is always very useful for a dw
