I'm sorry I missed it as well, but I'm out the door on my way to work at that time.
-
Well, since you enjoy Sooner's work enough to reall *all* of it in one day, it would be remiss of me not to mention that there are a couple other writers among our group.

Big time. Especially since, as far as I can tell from the announcement, PAX was the only east coast even planned for this tour. I'll fly out to Cali for Hero-Con, but I'm not interested in the rest of that.
-
There was a long discussion in Black Pebble's introduction thread about buying stuff from Hero-Con versus buying it at the NCSoft store. I guess this puts paid to that little chat.
-
Wait, The notes don't seem to be in the Announcements section, and I'm not seeing them here. Anyone have a link?
EDIT: Duh, never mind. Checking Community Digest. -

Oh definitely. He certainly does a fine job punishing people for that oh so heinous crime of breathing.

Quote:There are people who don't check every section of the forums. Since the Announcements don't have new posts daily, that section is often one that isn't closely followed. Thus we have two options:Why do people always feel they MUST post the headlines to the main site on here and a link to it? It never EVER fails on each one.
1) Highly visible link to the new announcement in it's own thread
2) Significantly less visible link in every thread where someone asks "Where did you see that information?" -

I think the problem here is that if the devs create one AT that is far and away more powerful than every other AT then it becomes the ONLY one that actually provides that feeling of fun and power. That said, I can't think of anything wrong with an AT that has power sets similar in structure to the Epic ATs. Except for making those two obsolete because the new AT would not be more flexible that either Hero or Villain version, not be tied to Arachnos, and not have to worry about Voids.

*digs his Agent badge out of the pile, gives it a quick shine and pins it on*
Ready for round ten? -
It's either that, or being happy that the (donated) food he had you poison blinded some orphans.
-
To answer this question, no he's not mad at you. He's sad that he doesn't get to watch Arachnos break her mind, and he's put out that he can't put what's left of her on display as Haven House's "receptionist". However, he points out that her school in the Isles is ruined and 'that's what's important'.

Yes, because the insults and degradation are so endearing.

Quote:Pointless flailing aside, if you go along with the mission, it's written as if the mean old contact really did intimidate you with his threats of violence and insults. And since you seem to have missed it:I'd give him sass in my head then
And the game can't prevent an /e getsome, /e buzzoff, /e hand, /e laugh or /e yatayata when standing in front of a contact

Quote:Farm eight missions from one to 50 then?Or use the alternative content like D-Mac, and the other stuff that will be coming
Quote:An don't forget that the devs are very big on not removing stuff from the game, because for every player that dislikes something, there'll be another that likes it - so by adding alternative content instead of replacing current content, they can keep more people happy. -
I've got an example for you Golden Girl, compare the following two mission briefs:
Quote:Excuse me, miss? Oh! Wow, I didn't know it was you! i'm sorry to waste your time, but i'm in a bit of a fix. I need to get these supplies in the homeless shelter, but I'm a bit shorthanded. If your not busy would you be willing to lend a hand? Quote:Hey toots. Listen, this is what's happening. You're going to schlep these crates into this building, so those homeless folks have something to eat. If you try to get out of it, give me any sass, or I think you're not going fast enough you're gonna get hurt. Hop to it.
