Big time. Especially since, as far as I can tell from the announcement, PAX was the only east coast even planned for this tour. I'll fly out to Cali for Hero-Con, but I'm not interested in the rest of that.

There are people who don't check every section of the forums. Since the Announcements don't have new posts daily, that section is often one that isn't closely followed. Thus we have two options:

1) Highly visible link to the new announcement in it's own thread

2) Significantly less visible link in every thread where someone asks "Where did you see that information?"

There's a difference between tending the garden, and salting the earth.

I think the problem here is that if the devs create one AT that is far and away more powerful than every other AT then it becomes the ONLY one that actually provides that feeling of fun and power. That said, I can't think of anything wrong with an AT that has power sets similar in structure to the Epic ATs. Except for making those two obsolete because the new AT would not be more flexible that either Hero or Villain version, not be tied to Arachnos, and not have to worry about Voids.

Oh yeah, right. I meant if they're changing the powers with the model swap.

Still, does this mean the actual model will change? Will the new Marauder have Fury? Since he pre-dates even CoV, him and all of the Praetors have been seen as 'Evil Hero' ATs rather than Villain ones

To answer this question, no he's not mad at you. He's sad that he doesn't get to watch Arachnos break her mind, and he's put out that he can't put what's left of her on display as Haven House's "receptionist". However, he points out that her school in the Isles is ruined and 'that's what's important'.

Pointless flailing aside, if you go along with the mission, it's written as if the mean old contact really did intimidate you with his threats of violence and insults. And since you seem to have missed it:

Just 90% of them.

You keep missing the point. NOTHING HAS TO BE REMOVED! Nothing in the mission has to be changed. AT ALL. the same exact tasks can be OFFERED to our characters, rather than ordered, with some obscure threat to back them up.

How would you respond to those two?
