  1. Remember Sat night is Mr E's whatever at 10:30pm Eastern. So you might want to run it earlier that day?

And yes, Pacific is 3 hours behind Eastern time zones =P

I'll be there Thurs night for sure. Meg's running the hero respec wst, so it should be around the 9 to 9:30 range when we get done. No speeding up that silly reactor room.

Friday I have static team, but should be free by 11pm Eastern. Sat I'm free all afternoon and early evening, but I assume I'll be doing whatever Mr E's thing is at 10:30pm Eastern.

Sunday is my day to veg, so I'm an iffy for that day. =P
  2. I'll be on Spectral Pixie: Ill/Kin I think for this. I'm getting pretty close to 50 on her. I want to push and get those last couple of levels soonish. =)

Luna, yeah, the strikes don't happen below the overpasses. I fell during one and it was clear. The air strikes do seem to be unresistable auto-hit, as I popped four def and four resist insps and died instantly once attacked by the air strike and Praetor D.

    Oh, and I pinged 47.
Well as of yesterday, the air strikes *could* hit you under the bridge. Several of us get smacked in the hospital last Wed lol. But the patch should fix that.

I usually don't mess w/ TF settings. Maybe you all could run the first part at +2, and then scale it down right before that last mission? I'm not sure if the level you are at before starting affects it, or if it's the level of the team leader right before you enter the mission.
  4. Thank you to everyone that was able to join us last night! We ran 3 mostly full teams.

    My team was:

    1. Soothesayer Talona: Mind/Thorns Dom
    2. Coldest Something or Other: Mr E's Cold/Dark Corr
    3. Torrtuga: Brute
    4. Motorpsycho Nitemare: Psi/MM Blaster
    5. Double Shot: DP/Fire Blaster
    6. U.S. Customs Inspector (or is it Agent?): Tank
    7. Witch Tarot: Stalker
    8. Super Love: Brute

We finished in 35:26 with 4 deaths. We defeated almost everything on the maps.

Afterwards some of us ran a Master of Lambda attempt. We did not get the Master of, but I think we did okay considering at least a third of the group had never done it before lol.

Thanks to everyone for putting up with my loopy ways last night. I had taken some migraine medicine that was really knocking me out, but I was determined to stay up and play lol

Next Monday will be the Mender Silos Strike Force. Thanks for joining and see you all next week!
  5. You all might want to try it again after today's patch. I would suggest lowering it from +2 however

But in the new patch, if you pull them underground (like under the top bridge), I don't think the airstrikes can hit you. At least that's my understanding of it.

The other, correct exit takes you to the messed up one. And from the hospital, you have to go into a sewer entrance that looks just like the one you came out of to get there to get out of the big chamber. At one point I flew through the cracks, but couldn't figure out how to. I know Turg was able to TP through them.

I always like stuff like the "Defend Talos" stuff.

The boats were confusing, and the clicky portions weren't hard at all. Turg's confuse made the big warehouse a joke, and a pretty funny one at that. With the level of invisibility that the team had, we sailed through that entire portion.

One other odd thing, every time the on-screen caption from Sutter came through, it was under my map.

Had a good time, not sure I dig it too much as I had a bad pug earlier in the day and we didn't get past the ships.

Anyone know anything about the villain trial? I made Salty a vigilante just for the strike forces, etc.
I was a bad team leader and did not take note of who all was on my team! Sorry! We finished in about 1:36 with around 76 deaths lol. It was epic. Most of those where in the duray fights.

I felt so lost and confused last night. I swear I will run on a PUG before I try to lead a new tf again lol. I think a couple of people on my team had made it about half way through the TF on pugs before, and the rest of us was complete newbs, so it was a mess!

I <3 Zombies btw. We were not screwed on that...... Duray yes... zombies no =P

The boats were very confusing. It wasn't until the end of the mission that I realized they were marked on my map

And yes, the map issues on that final map confused the heck out of me. I felt so stupid cause I could not find me way out of the hospital/underground

The airstrikes was what really got my team. We had a little luck pulling the Praetorian Durray under the bridge, and we didn't seem to get hit by the air strikes as much.

The Primal Durray was a B****. The little punk kept tping away. We were very light on holds, and the couple of people who had them kept getting slaughtered by the air strikes. We finally was able to pull it together and beat him down.... Unfortunately I was stuck in the hospital while my team did that, cause I'm an idiot.

As far as Mortimor Kal, Paragon Wiki actually has info on it. It sounds interesting, and hopefuly not as annoyingly hard in the end. I'll find out tonight! Megpie usually has 1-3 openings on his Thurs night run, so if you're interested, make sure you come out and join us! And as Mr E mentioned, the Monday Night Horde will be running 2-3 teams this Monday at 10pm Eastern.

Edit: I really overall liked this TF. The maps are great, and the enemies interesting. I think 2+ controllers/doms is really important for that final battle alone. I think the next time I run it, I'll enjoy it more because I'll have a better idea of what to do and where to go! =)
  10. Just as an FYI, I think these events now award 2 Incarnate "Threads" instead of shards.

Hrm; if possible, can you have both in zone? If we don't have five 'trollers/doms, I will ask you to switch out then.

The alternative strategy (that I have seen no one try, just was thinking of it the other day... and is more dangerous) is to have three lockdown types... but place them at the three exits with a blaster or scrapper kill machine type.

So, I guess... keep the dom in case we have four trollers? I have a strategy for three trollers, or five plus, but nothing that fits for four.
Yep, I'll put both in the zone and switch to what you need =)

Would it help for me to bring my Earth/Rad Controller instead for the BaF? She's the best I have at lock down. I can throw out quicksand, earthquake and volcanic gasses to slow them coming out of the door. And then try to lock down the bigger critters with stacked holds and debuffs. But she is only a 50 with a tier 1 Alpha slot. She's not level shifted, so she might not be able to do much of anything.

    Your call.

I'm pretty sure neither Mr E or myself have run it either, so it's all good

Oh trust me, we'll take even spines and blappers. Especially blappers. And people like myself who play defenders like scrappers :smirk: Any playset is welcome. The only thing we generally frown on are people who are too pushy or demanding that we must run something "teh Uber" way. We're just here to have fun!
  14. Hey E, I'm not a 100% sure if Queen of Underworld will be online or not tonight. I think she's out of town visiting family until Friday. Just an FYI
  15. <3 You Myr =)

I'll definately be along for the BaF. I only have one level shifted 50 my Rad/Rad Defender Dyanthia. But I can offer you pretty much anything else if another AT would be more useful (but they would be 50's, not 50+1). I've got a nice sturdy scrapper, a newly minted level 50 Mind Dom, an Earth/Rad for lockdown, or a slightly purpled out blaster. Just let me know who you would like.

I'd *like* to come along on the lambda, but I've still not done one yet, and I'm a little nervous about not knowing what to do. I'll try to get on one the next day or two if I see any of my friends running on them. So if you want, slap me down on the list. If you don't that's fine too =)

I say bring it! We'll have masterminds, and I may or may not be on a scrapper as well, so more than likely your tank won't be taking too many alpha strikes. Things on the Wed nights runs tend to just be nuts with the pets and everything. Plus, we don't care about deaths very much. I might tease Mr E about it, but it's all in fun =)

D'oh!!! Sorry Mr E! I thought they both did. Oopsie. Glad Turg clarified this for us.
  18. I'll get the tip mission and TF unlocked as well, so we should be able to run two teams. I'm thinking based on the sign up's here and FB, that we are looking at 2 teams.
  19. Sorry for the late posting of this. I need a personal assistant to keep me up to speed on these things. Tonight is going to be the Final Villain Respec. I know of a few of our regulars who will not be there tonight, so I figured it would be a good week to run an event that I'm sure most of you don't care about =P.

Several spots still available, so sign up if you're not on the list. If I forgot someone who is usually there, just let me know!

Thanks and see you all tonight!

  21. I may or may not be there tonight. My SG (the husband and his friends) are wanting to run a TF that might run late. It really just depends on whether the other members log in on time or not. And they are known for not logging in on time.

If I can make it I'll be there in advance. If I'm not there at least 10 minutes early on Dyanthia, then I'm not going to be there.

Yeah I guess the leaders wanted people there at least 5 minutes early if not sooner. They filled the teams and started a few minutes early. I think a couple of people got the MO, but most did not because we failed the Prisoner part both times.

Sorry I couldn't respond to your tells more, I was busy trying to figure out what to do and listening to Myr's instructions.
  23. Huh, again, I didn't sign up for a Master of Run, but I guess I could show.

Dyanthia: Rad/Rad Controller 50+1 is my only option.
  24. Huh, funny, I don't remember signing up for this :Smirk:

But I guess I could put in an appearance. Dyanthia: Rad/Rad Controller 50+1

Just remember, I have not done EITHER of the new Trials, AT ALL. So total newb. I listen well, but you all will have to spell it out pretty plain on what you want me to do.
