A little to the back of the hall Suraya the Desert Princess only just finished setting up the last bits of the Nighthunters. It had ended up a combination of the best things the Worn Cover bookstore had to offer combined with a inventory of anti-monster instructions.

The arabian born super-hero was just trying to show a young woman basic vampire-awareness when a kid ran up to her screaming "Look it is Desert Princess from TV! You know... the International Idols!". He looked up at her holding his signature book.

Suraya smiled and apolagised at the young man. Leaving him with the manual she had in her hand. Then she bowed down and took the signature book. "That is me... What is youre name?", She said smiling...

"Make it to 'Jack' please ma'am!", he replied smiling wide.

Sister Flame has a wicked smile.... Maybe she likes working with villains. These villains certainly like her.

yes.. Union is not as populated as US servers.. that is.. as US big servers! The smaller ones are about the same as Defiant and Union. But... it has a tirght community. And less idiots. You need to know and find them though.

Sal's Badgehunters is the best channel to join right away.

A good SG is a second. Some of the top 10 Sg's are real active and sometimes you never need another source for team mates. Most of the top SG's are also in coalition with each other. Some names are Dirty Hand Prints, Ultimate Darkness and The Court of the Blood Countess.

With SSK and repp system you don't need a full team all the time either to enjoy the game. So what is there are only 3 on Mercy when you start a toon. Form a team of those 3 and have fun!

Leaving the EU servers for the US will just make the problem here worse.

I would like to see two things though...

- A client based translation system so German and French can play everywhere incl Union
- The EU servers added to the US list making one global list with transfers possible between all of them

This would make us playable on all servers.. and community would descide where you want to play.

Union is not dead.. Defiant is not dead.. A some would say on these forums.. I like my quiet server! in the US you will find 500+ players... you also find random tells... begging for inf... rude remarks... irritating people... etc.

I will take the court out on some friendly Monster hunt in the Abyss next friday. Some extra aoe 's gathering at the same time. Send me a tell if you want in.

Elizabeth Will be able to fullfill a Auxillary leadership or Corr/Dom if need be... Being a dominating Corruptor HP build Necromancing/Dark Miasma Mastermind.

I will most definatly be there for this. And will start giving notion to the whole Court of the blood Countess... There are enough level 50's there to help out here.

I would like to talk about my main character then... Elizabeth Bathory (or as she uses in-game Bathory Erzsebet)... Based upon the real countess from history I made her a vampire and a witch. An origin that best fits...

What does a vampire has for powers?

fly/hover
turning to mist
regeneration
coming back to undead life
control over lower living beings
gaining strenghth by drinking blood
slight superstrength
turning in a bat
stealthy
mind tricks

So... how do I re-create that..? First thought was a corruptor or Brute. But the witch powers i wanted to add didn't work out that well.. and I liked to try the master mind. So it became a Necromancer/Dark Miasma.

fly/hover
Added hover and fly as a vampire should have that.

turning to mist
The turning into mist was resolved with the costume switch 'Presto Change' where you turn in smoke. In combo with Shadow Fall.

regeneration
IO sets where able to resolve this.. I build on regen and HP... gaining 402% regeneration.

coming back to undead life
Self ress was not pussible... But I always carry wakeys and Howling Twilight helps her able to ress others.

control over lower living beings
I have the temp power 'Nectar' for that. But hardly use it.

gaining strenghth by drinking blood
Twilight Grasp is where she gains life from others... 'Life Drain' is in the set but I sacrificed that power for 'tp foe'. The life gaining I already had.

slight superstrength
IO sets are also adding HP. HP in her case is upped from 800+ (for mm) to 1040+ (what a corruptor has). Dark Embrace of the Ghost Widow set makes her highly ressistent.

turning in a bat
A second costume slot is a giant bat with the draconic wings and a furr matching her hair color. The 'Presto change' does the rest.

stealthy
Shadow Fall add stealth. I combine that with a stealth IO on a sprint power. Stacked it becomes 500+ stealth which is almost invisibility.

mind tricks
Fearsome stare is my friend here. Looking at Liz will make you shiver. And it is a great power to debuff a huge mob. Nectar temp power can be used for the vampiric alluring abilities.

Leaves the rest of the powers like Soul Storm, Soul tentacles and the zombies to the Witchcraft abilities.

When this game came out I resisted the pull into it. I was still playing Ultima Online. But when COV came out I went for it. But I went for it through the box I saw in the shops.

Installed it and liked it... bought the COH edition as box online about 2 days after... And since bought every booster and every expansion online/digital. But I still have those first two boxes. And was hoping for a new box...

Is there anyone on here with an account of over 4 years that bought this game digital only? Or have we all got it in the shops while it was still there?

And another one... Again the neclace and earrings... even a ring. Obviously visible. but the main thing is the long blue dress with a start pattern. The dress is not available.. and the star design is also not there. The design could easily be a pattern on every piece of clothing.

The dress is made from excisting parts. The longest dress is made longer. The pattern is drawn on it.

First Dior Hat... fashionable and keeping the real hair (or more styles under it)... Also note the neclace...

The hat is made from a witch hat and cut off at the top. Then pasted on the hair it was need.

The OP is just in time to ask this question because in 2 months time 70% (guess) of the player base will not notice the lagg in any way!

Because around then they will have upgraded their gfx card to run Ultra Mode. And the main problem of lagg hill is the amound of capes and enemies in the zone. The new gfx cards can handle that much easier.

Doesnt take away that this has to be looked at though.

Completely agree with all rants above.. All of them! Incl. HR!

What we have here is a no to low advertizing... and no box on the shelves (even though every other game has one... and all are overshadowed by WOW. Stated already that that game has its own wall). Every idiot can see that this will bring none to few new players to the EU servers.

The only add we saw was online last year... And that also linked to the US version which brought new players to the US servers. Incl players from the EU!!!

Let's merge the server lists... merge the account servers... and have it done with. Before the population EU is so low that a shutting down like in Korea will be needed!

Trying to fast read all new pages I still miss one HUGE remark on all!!!

If you are European playing on the European servers there is no use buying the boxed set in anyway unless someone can assure us EU players that there is a way the Boxed set is linked to the EU servers! And the time upgrade is usuable to an EU account!

If not... the boxed set and the complete updated DVD is useless to the EU community.

Therefore I will go and play safe using the prepurchase and item-pack upgrade... Keeping it digital.

Aside of that... it is managable in Euro's I see... If I pay more this way (by not having the free month) I dont care. This game is worth it.
