You know, all of a sudden this thread reminded me (For no reason) of the Pac-Man Cartoon and King Arthur and the Knights of Justice.
...god, I am such a nerd.

This show ruled them all!
And to keep on Topic, I should add this Cartoon Intro.
...and just because.

OMG!!! >_< MARIO!!!
I used to watch that show!! <^o^>

Even better were the crappy knockoffs of the show. Such as Video Power, which featured a cartoon featuring the characters from various Acclaim games. These included Kuros from Wizards and Warriors, Tyrone the Basketball player from Arch-Rivals, Kwirk the tomato from... well, Kwirk, Bigfoot the Monster Trucks, and Max Force, one of the main characters of NARC.
Oh yeah, and Bigfoot talked. -

Oh, and thanks a heap for putting that stupid Flying Machines theme song back into my head after all these years!
Nab him! Grab him! Stab him! Jab him! Stop that pigeon, NOW!
[/ QUOTE ]
If you get the "Saturday Morning Cartoons" music CD, they have a remixed version of that song combined with the Johnny Quest theme. They also have a bunch of other good song remixes, such as Gigantor, H.R. Puffnstuff, Underdog, and Speed Racer.

The very CD which is in my car's CD player as I type this. One of my favorites. Worth it for the Ramones cover of 'Spider Man' alone!

Blasphemy!
It was even better then the Laff-a-lympics.
Also, Dick Dastardly has always been in my top ten of favorite villains.

Him and Snidely Whiplash are tied for my top villain of all time slot.
Oh sure they aren't *GOOD* at being villains.
But hell if they aren't classic <,<
I suddenly have the urge to create a female character that ties men to railroad tracks now... >.>!

It's thanks to Snidely Whiplash and Dick Dastardly that I have such a love of Handlebar mustaches. -

Just a few more months in the Troy Hickman school of Art, and I'll be able to draw trapezoids*!
Yes, if you can draw Expresso the Squirell, then you too can join a prestigious art school! But if you can't, then you qualify for the Troy Hickman school of Art!

Issue: The "Stop sewer bombing" side mission in the Brickstown safeguard mission is one big screwjob. The mission entrance is on the other end of the map from where you get the key, it's near another mob that ALSO gives a key for a different side mission, the Sewer entrance is in an underground parking lot that requires you to know where the entrance is to it elsewhere on the map, and the underground tunnel leads into a confusing office map that makes it much harder to find the last couple of bombs to disarm then it should be.
When you take into account the six minute timer AND the occasional "vandal!" messages that pop up, it's feels extremely unfair. -

So what happened to Lord Recluse? Anyone know? Just curious. This is not a rant.

He left awhile back to work on another project. I believe it was the Stargate MMO. -
Glad you guys liked it.
Thankfully, DJ was kind enough to take the time to get me a good screenshot of his character for it. -

Sam always appeared to everyone else as the person he leaped into.
Al always appeared in the form of a hologram that only Sam could see and hear. -
So, after many grueling hours of slaving away at hot pixels, I have finally finished my latest Masterpiece. This picture is a (admittedly belated) piece of Halloween Fan-art for Darkjedi, featuring his characters Battle-Angel and Light-speed dressed as their favorite TV characters. I hope you all enjoy!

Our devs can do better than that.

Not even Blizzard, a company highly regarded for it's quality of games, can do the things you ask.
[/ QUOTE ]
It's very easy to produce quality games when you produce them years behind schedule/release dates.
Star Craft Ghost anyone? Release date, November 2004, shelved until further notice.
[/ QUOTE ]
To be fair, though, Blizzard wasn't the ones actually developing Starcraft: Ghost. It was a third-party from the very beginning, with Nihilistic being the original developer, before it was later moved to Swingin' Ape studios.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ok, well how about WoW, it was delayed. The update for battlegrounds was also delayed. D2 was delayed way back when, so was Brood Wars. In fact, I honestly can't remember a single game that came out when they first said it would hehe.
[/ QUOTE ]
Now see, that part I'm not denying at all. -

The Playerbase really doesn't know what it wants.

Spoilers follow.
The Clockwork are not actual robots; they are hunks of metal animated by the mental power of the Clockwork King. Having a Clock hang out with you would require the King's complicity. Or I guess building a working robot yourself that just looked like a Clock. But why would a hero do that?
[/ QUOTE ]
Re: Why would the Clockwork King allow you to have a pet "Sprog" (It looks like a Cog and a Sprocket combined)? If you've been to "New Faultline" on test, you'll notice the Clockwork aren't necessarily the "bad guys" in all cases. Obviously the CWK may let you have a pet Sprog for a reason known only to him.
Or, you know, it could just be a fun little reward for your characters which has absolutely no impact on gameplay.
[/ QUOTE ]
Well, the Clockwork King IS insane, after all. And as CoV shows, not all Clockwork are actually under controll of the Clockwork King. -
