There's not even agreement within this so-called "cartel" - any agreement is because the individual *posting* the agreement, well, agrees. Or agrees with some modifications. Of course, being *individuals,* you'll also find people with the "Forum cartel" label DISagreeing as well - sometimes vehemently.
But, no, pushing some paranoid conspiracy theory that there's this tiny amount of players in a shadowy "Forum Cartel" with incredible influence over the game lets a few, like Tank up there, pretend they're a lone voice crying out against their oppressors - when in fact, all they're doing is crying. -

Disagree with this in a massive way. Paid for is paid for. Be it in a DvD pack (which I bought at Big Lots last summer) or in the hero gear pack, which I bought when it was offered.
So, let's just say we've argued it, me and Lothic have filled the thread with 40+ pages of us going at it tooth and claw, someone was called a "Carebear" and an "Elitist", and call it a day on the topic. -
I'd say we should probably wait and see how they are going to handle the switch first, before speculating on how "AT A" is going to affect "Side B".

I don't get the epics unlocked at L20 thing. The whole thing with unlocking them at 50 is that you achieve something and get something, L20 is nothing. Why even have to unlock them when it will take nothing to manage? You don't even need to perform a specific task, just playing a character for a few days will manage it.
