I was really torn between Juggertha, Crestent, and Projectionist this month. But I'm going to have to vote for Projectionist. His had a real movie poster feel for me. The layout was what really did it.

It is a business, they are in it to make money. I think as long as they continue to update the game regularly for everyone (which they've done pretty well so far in my opinon) then there is nothing wrong with having "extras" you can purchase. Just my opinion. :-)

The whole likeness/names thing seemed a bit of an afterthought on your part and not a concrete rule (just going by your wording) I'd say let it slide, it's just a fun competition and all of the entries this month did capture the theme well. If there is something you feel concrete on, just say so in the original post along with a warning that ignoring/disobeying such and such rule results in disqualification.
