true, Steamy mist isnt that good in PvE, but a must in PvP against mind/illusion and to a lesser extent, ice controllers

When you summon ST most foes around it do fear it, and then it uses its single target fears to keep most in fear, its like when you use an AoE hold and then keeping most of them held with your single tartget holds.

It is an AoE fear, but only upon summoning
