Any of the usual guys up for some arena tonight? been fun the last few fridays

Myself and some peeps from AoW should have a pentad team rdy for monday night.

Kin do it well, blaster not so well. As a team i reckon u could near floor someones end if all targeted the same target. But being a team you would be fighting other teams. Other team would proberly/might have SB,RA or AB for quick end recovery. Then again they might have AM or O2 which offer end drain protection. So i wouldnt rely on it to much. Might do well against some teams but wouldnt do much against others.

KS, it might be a good idea to invite everyone to a chat channel. Be a good way to talk as a team and for people to put forward ideas and ask questions.

Team 2 would win easy i reckon. A big bubble,a hurricane, and an empath is just about the best defence you can get. will team 1 be fighting team 2 for practice on wednesday?

Once everyone has their teams sorted i would like to see some sort of league up and running.

Hi m8 I wouldnt take the fly pool at all for your scrappers. 1st of most scrappers and tanks dont have it so its a waste against them. 2nd some rollers blasters and defenders do BUT a lot of them have -fly powers and theirs is ranged -fly unlike air superiority. so you wont get near them. Your other options are -TP foe. its great with BS scrapper as they can 2 hit most squishy before they can run.
With Kat it might be harder to kill em before they run. could maybe use your knock downs to keep em there but most Good PvPers have leaping pool so that mighten work either. So leaping pool leads me to your 3rd and in my opinion best option. Combat jumping 2 slotted with jump and hurdle 3 slotted with jump. You get great jump height, high enough to hit low/mid lvl flyers. And remember use the map your on, jump from boxes for extra height and theres lots of area's were they cant see you from above and have to come lower. Hope this helps ya m8

I think the person in question just got of to a bad start. After giving him/her a few PvP lessons(hammerings) with lady white and Bitter Ice ive found him/her to be quite pleasant (after the enitial shock that someone had beat her ) We need all the good PvPers we can get after all.

I would like to do this with my blaster, lvl 43.8 at the mo but will be 44 tomorrow. Would like to try my two blasters against yours in the arena after its over also

ok im availbe any night after 19.30 and any time after 14.00 at the weekends. I need more experience against rad and dark but will fight anyone thats interested. Want to try my blasters against imaginarys blaster as well. Either post here , send me a PM or contact me in game about a time and place. Im playing Bitter Ice at the mo if your on union. I play most nights of the week and most weekends on union and i have to say trying to get an arena match is like trying to get blood out of a stone. So if the arena is your thing leave your name here and if you can use test server. hopefully this will enable people to arrange the odd match against other people for fun and experience

If its light weight your thinking about i think this would work great. Storm/dark defender with TP foe could contain the scrapper easy (hurricane - acc) and a mind/rad roller could deal with the blaster (TK and acc debuffs) Snow storm on the blaster would stop the blasters snipe if he had one.
and freezing rain for the knock down and -recharege would make the rest easy targets.

yep. Ive had a lot of fights with him and ive no problem with acc. Hes a sort of squishy hunter. I built him for blaster v blaster fights as i think they most fun.(and im unbeaten might I add so far anyway) I would love to fight more blasters so let me know if your up for a duel. Anyone got a lvl 50 Ice/eng blaster? im yet to fight one and i reckon they be the only type that would beat me

Would all depend on the rest of your team and mainly what defender you had.(IMO)
