Bantam or Heavyweight?
I suppose for either, it all depends on your tactics. In bantamweight, we had an ill/rad because it suited our tactics.
Would all depend on the rest of your team and mainly what defender you had.(IMO)

think this sums it up pretty well, the trouble with finding the "best" controller build is that all the primary and secondary sets for controllers have very good advantages and disadvantages.

That's hitting the proverbial nail on the proverbial head.
Also of note, it also depends on what you are facing. When facing different team builds, the potential variety makes it impossible to choose the ideal build.
its between a mind/storm and a mind/ff for me tbh, forcebubble is to awesome. and well storm is generally very good in teams. Rad is more of a dualists set.
If its light weight your thinking about i think this would work great. Storm/dark defender with TP foe could contain the scrapper easy (hurricane - acc) and a mind/rad roller could deal with the blaster (TK and acc debuffs) Snow storm on the blaster would stop the blasters snipe if he had one.
and freezing rain for the knock down and -recharege would make the rest easy targets.
Hey all,
I just wondered what would be the most useful troller build for s4.
Was thinking about a mind/rad, as psi can be a pain the eye, and rad has some good early debuffs (which don't need to hit target).
But I'd really like to read your thoughts about this guys, any idea will be appreciated.
