Use the neck cover option in Masks with Hair, that way you can simulate a turtle neck on a simple chest... *snaps fingers repeatedly*

Psychotic bruddah, and I mean that in a good way!

I'm confused, the image you have is ON a white, and you just want to remove it? IF you can select all the white, press Control + X in order to just erase all the white...
Edit: and yes the layer has to be clicked in order to alter the white. -
This may have taken 3 sketches to get to, but it was worth it, the client is happy and I am too...

... whose idea this layout was, though I added the Earth & stars... anyway gonna finish tomorrow, these are just the flats. Sorry scroll up to see the pic...

Damn I've been sporting that I Dream of Jeannie costume for a month on Liberty... and now someone wins 300 million with it on Infinity, I must be on the wrong server...

Yeah, wth? A costume and concept that should probably be genericed due to lack of originality shouldn't win the competition.
And for those young uns out there who don't remember the show "I dream of Jeanie" this costume and name is a direct copy.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah well mine came out because the desert colors I wanted as an extra costume weren't to my liking as much as the huge scimitar... so I went Jeannie for fun, though my toon's name, concept or AT has nothing to do with her... though mine does have the sweet pink gas emanating from her as she flies!
What can I say, Barbara Eden was hot!

Amazing what 8 months difference will do... reference is here.
Anyway this was a test for something I've been wanting to apply to metal clad characters... a bit more texture that is... going to include it in my new commission for War Patriot, final to come Sunday I hope!

You could go for an upgraded look, ultimate version? Say a powersuit, or just gloves, maybe a visor... a cape is always good to throw in... the i12 pieces will be roman based and on the villain side, arachnos based... if you sign on to test now, or wait till next week when open beta happens on the 6th, you'll see some of the content. You may need to unlock a few or have a villain at 50th.

Nice work, good luck on the commissions! Be sure and start a Deviant Art account, he can turn one of his journal pages into commission info... also send a pm to Thor's Assassin to get you on the list of commissionable artists, that link is on several boards, and great advertising... hope I'm not cutting you out of a percentage as his agent?

Thanks Doug, while I'd live to give you any joy, I'm feeling guilty now... my wife, the queen of niceness, and obviously not native new yorkers like you and I, said to me:
"You should have given him a link to the sticky and just said, please read this and afterwards if you could ask me in a polite manner, I would be happy to do an avatar for you..."
And she's right, I'm a little too reactionary sometimes, Hush could be 12 years old and NOT know any better, and I really should have been slightly nicer. So I guess in other words I should treat everyone as if they were 12... just kidding.
See it's a miracle I do anything for free?

Since you asked so nicely
... here ya go...
However if I may add, a PLEASE wouldn't have hurt, OR, a hey I really like your work... While I have no problem doing free art for those who ask me nicely, I ONLY did this because your toon was very easy, AND because it took all of 5 seconds.
But here's my new policy: only 1 to a customer and I'm reserving the right from now on to say NO, HELL NO, and my current favorite, GIMME A BREAK!
Yeesh!
I'd like to also quote from the Forum Sticky on HOW TO REQUEST FOR FAN ART:
I've seen a lot of threads around of people requesting art for their characters. I've also seen some frustration when those threads go ignored or (on occasion) slightly flamed.
Here are some of my bits o'advice:
1-Be polite: that means that if you are asking someone for someting, you might want to include a "please" in there somewhere.
2-Make it easy on the artist: post up screenies that are easy to look at. If you post up shots from far away, or ones taken in a CoT storm, I'll have no idea what your character looks like.
3-Respect the time it takes: each piece of art takes a certain amount of time. A sketch can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. A finished piece can take weeks! Don't expect things to get done asap all the time.
4-We do not all need the experience: This one sounds kind of harsh, but it's true. While I love to better my skills, and working on different characters sometimes helps in that, it bothers me when people say "ah, do this for me and you'll get exposure in my comic", "you can practice on my character". Honestly, there are some fine characters on these boards... but just to remind some people; artists can create characters too.
5-Time is money: Wow, this one sounds even worse. I really don't want it to sound so crass but I have to say, when someone does work for me, I pay them. If someone programs my computer or designs a page for me, I believe in compensating them for their time, skills and effort. To me, art is no different. If someone is working on a pic for me for 10 hours, they need to be compensated. That is why I love to draw for others here, and why I love having artists draw for me.
6-Have an interesting character: This one is subjective of course, but having an interesting character helps out so much when hunting for an artist. Each artist will have their own opinion though, so...
7-Note that every artist is different: Each one will draw/paint in their own way. Look at previous works to get a feel for the artist that is right for you.

Umm I don't know if Fat Head is such a great name, but judging from the 5 o'clock shadow, the steroid thighs, I shudder to think of the size of "her" adam's apple.

Those first 3 are some of the best he's ever done, I love yours Storm! Congrats...

I had to make a separate DA folder just to collect them all!

You need a program to open the screenshot in, but the Print Screen button saves a screen into your COH folder, in it's Screenshot sub folder. All of this is in your prgrams folder on your hard drive...
BUT, your image program will only open the last print screen image you took, that is to say it will only copy 1 image currently to paste into a new file to be edited by you. So if your had hit print screen, then opened your image program, made a new file and hit Control + V to paste in the pic, it will be the image of the last time you hit print screen. Which means if you're browsing on the web and had hit print screen last, that's what you should see...
But all the COH images will be stacked and saved in that subfolder, so you can open those up with your Image Editing program, and just select the one you like to edit.
Btw IF you don't have an image editing program, you can now open all your images with Photobucket's editor, resize in there and get web code for them simultaneously... Photobucket also lets you add text, borders, make a slideshow... but some people can't open these files from work, so you might have to use Image Shack, which personally is not as user friendly but seems to be more universally unblocked.

Well then you might like these: City of Nuts...
The Rosie O'Donnell joke is date now unfortunately... I would change it to Omarosa now if I was doing another.
Edit: DA seems to be broken at the moment, but that link should work normally.
