I have seen and been annoyed by most of the bugs in this new issue. The one that is killing me would be WWs being down. Before I knew it was down I did a few respecs on 5 toons. I had new builds (cause Issue 17 hurt the old builds). Now I'm stuck with SOs. I know.... "I never use IOs". Well I do. My scrapper went from God-like to Kitten-like.

But my real issue is a simple one. WHY release an issue, that is such a huge change to the game, without testing it... or at least testing and fixing till it was bug free. Test one thing at a time. You open the test server up and people are just there to look around. You'll find a few bugs that way, but it would be better to have paid testers looking at individual issues. I know, you wanted to release it to coincide with your 6th anniversary. Who cares to be blunt. Give us an Issue without bugs. Test the issues. Fix the bugs. Fill the WWs on test with IOs to see if things work right. The worst part is I fear Going Rogue will either be more of the same or delayed to 2011. Hope you get it together by then.

I mean it has to be. They had a nice weekend off. They must of relaxed, maybe they played a few video games. Now it's Monday and they are back at work. So after some coffee and a few bagels they will get to their desks. I see them thinking " What was I working on Friday? Oh, yeah! I was watching Hulu. "

I could be wrong. They could have had a crack team of techies working around the clock to fix the problem. If you choose to believe that..... okay. I'd then worry. They can't fix an issue with their game in less than four days? Hope they didn't pay them overtime to do NOTHING.

But it's gonna be okay... It'll be fixed. Maybe not today... maybe tomorrow.. maybe I18!!


(sorry... did a respec on all my main toons and then found out I can't sell/buy anything.... I love SOs =( . So I'm a little cranky. Sorry again. Needed to vent.)

My kat/SR scrapper farms missles like it's nothing. I kill the group with the lab tech and then I WALK out the front door. All that happens is I see the word "dodged" endlessly. I got the badge years ago, but I still grab new nukes once a week and pull up lab techs for friends. SR is the way to go.

As for PvP it's okay. Sucks chasing people around with a sword. My dad once said "never bring a knife to a gun fight". He had a good point.

I'm here. Soooo bored that I ummm' earned 400 pvp rep on 3 toons. I mostly play on weekends.

I've been playing for a while. I had the goal of making a lvl 50 of each AT (I now have a few of each). I solo'd a toon through all the content. I made farming toons. I have a ton of badges. ext... ext...

So I want to start over. I'm making a lvl one with the goal of playing as much game content as possible. Teaming with like-leveled toons. Not rushing to lvl 50. I have a few friends who are joining me on this project. I think it would fun to have more. Even if we have more than one team.

I know... what's different about this? Right? Well I'm hoping to find some people who want to team and play the game (taking a break from ITFs). If a few (or a lot) of us start new toons and stick together it will make finding a team really simple. Less pugs. The difference between this and a Super Group is that we will all be close in level.

I play a lot on weekends and a little week nights. It wouldn't be a requirement for everyone to be online when we team. And you wouldn't be forced to join a SG. This is just a chance for anyone out there to play through City of Heroes the way it was before we all had several level 50s.

So far we have a tank and a scrapper. Bring any new toon you want to play with. I plan on starting up this Sunday, but am willing to push the start date back if we need to.

Enjoy using ninja run in the Shaddow Shard TFs. Fly is the only quick way to do those grind fests. Just IMO.

My Rad/DP defender tanks really well and from a distance. I just use my Rad (debuff) toggles on a target in a group... I then hide around a corner. They all herd up in a tight group and are debuffed. Choking cloud (with a Lockdown proc) holds most of them. Solo I can handle two groups set for 3 to 5 people. When tanking for a group I can handle the taunt max at max lvl. Cryo ammo helps to slow them and EM pulse for when I'm in over my head.

One of the best toons I've ever made. Solo'd Posi with no deaths. His damage is low (he's a defender of course), but I pop red insps and I use AM which gives +dam.

Made a Rad/Dp which I love. Did a ton of TFs with him. Got him to 35. Also did a Sewer trial on my lvl 50 Fire/fire blaster. Then got really tired of being asked for a PL =(

i think that for all power sets they should add a way to do split secondaries. Like taking a few fire and a few energy powers. As long as you can't double up on teir 9 powers or have two build ups. Maybe this would be too powerfull. But, it would open up alot of options.

I dual box 2 accounts on the same computer... so for me I just switch windows. No one can tell I'm dual boxing, but I only do it with "friend" teams or with my SG. Running a Fire/Fire tank and a Fire/Kin can do real damage and makes some of the kill all missions a lot less grind-like.

I have a friend who does the same, but his toon tends to be a follow-bot. So I understand why some people frown on the whole concept.

I mainly dual box for the trading ability. I have a few storage bases. Because I dual I can quit and re-invite my toons to my diff supergroups. And trade items to any toon.

So don't hate on the dual boxers... we're nice people.

Also: Posi and synapse can be done in no time with 2 toons and dual boxed. I just get people to fill for me and i'm off. 1 hour and 15 mins for posi is my norm

Yep... great run. Sun Splitter explained cell death to us and are team was all Vets so it was cake. Just wish the reward was bigger. I have too many HOs =(
