I've played my nrg blaster for awhile now. And never had a knockback complaint until today. I did the usual thing, hovered above while using aoe's, if I knocked a single target out of the pack I'd kill it. A kin on the team complained the whole mission until I nova'd a pack at about half health, and even though they all died they freaked out about scattering and quit.

Yeah, I should be able to cap my res with the other ones, at least it looks like it.

Ahhhh, I read about the aegis special, yeah I'll keep that in mind, and I looked at the gladiator special and determined that I should go with my pvp friend into pvp zones and hope to get lucky. heh.

I'm working with 5 slots in temp inv and 6 in force of nature, any uniques I might want to take advantage of other than the sexy R/D one you pointed out?

I'm wondering if aegis would be a better set for my toggle or my click power, I'm not sure of the optimal sets for these powers.

So I've gotten into Set IO's Recently on my blaster, I've been doing my attacks and a few extra things like blessing of the zephyr for the nice ranged def bonus. I've come to my ancillary power pool toggle and click resistance powers from force mastery and I'm not sure which sets I'd want to use in each.

I noticed a lot of recharge on the resistance sets, how will this affect my toggle, should I frankenslot it?

Yeah pretty much the only people that think about the paying for updates and people working on the game are those people that are trying to calm all the ignorant people down who are shouting about not wanting to pay two fees.

The older your RAM is the more it will cost so if it costs as much as you make it sound then just upgrade to a new motherboard so you get a newer type of RAM.

That is one question I don't really mind being asked over and over because reallly the only thing people have heard about is the heroclix, while not a fan of heroclix myself I thrive on fiction and would love to have the upcoming novel included in the collectors edition, that or some art or backstories.

I KNEW they were going to be based on the factions! This way you will probably be able to get them through joining the factions later on as well.

1. That all depends on when those companies decide to update their sites, they have been given the ok to do so they are just lazy bastids.

2. No news on a DvD version yet, the CE edition is just the normal edition with some goodies.

3. When pre-ordering CoH you could, they actually had pre-order boxes on the shelf and you "bought" them for whatever the cost was to pre-order the game. The boxes gave you the cd with some info on CoV and the serial key which gets you in near the end of beta and the 2 day head start. The key also unlocks the prestige item.

But then the items wouldn't be exclusive and the stores wouldn't feel special anymore.

Its too late to do that now, all the pre-order bonus discs have already been shipped, they arrive in 3 days. Too late to change it unless they just unlock them all in game.

I did leave, but I'm back, back from the wide world of mmo's. CoH was my first and now that I'm back I realize it was a mistake to leave. I pre-ordered and was in beta but they were out of bonus discs so I never got my sprint, my friend pre-ordered the day before me and got the last one.

The Electronics boutique sprint rocks with SJ. It's not so good with fly but SJ'ers and SS'ers outnumber fly by alot.

Thats cause all the vets hit 50 and got bored and left, saw more prestige sprints on the test server then anywhere else.

There are parrots in CoV so you can make a pirate, already seen a screenshot with one.

Actually we already know that doing certain things will open up costume options. In the end game you can join the different factions and you get access to their costume pieces and some special powers. It is possible that you will be able to get similar helmets through the factions, but the difference is that since these are prestige pre-order helmets you can have them from level 1.

I'm guessing its more than just the clix most collectors editions have more, however most collectors editions cost about $130.

You don't get them for buying the game, you get them for pre-ordering the game.

1. we don't even know about a DvD edition yet, doubtful it will be out at release but maybe.

2. No probably not, and you don't buy the game to get them you pre-order the game to get them. You would have to pre-order from all 4 stores.

3. No not until later, maybe sometime during beta, sometime near end of beta...stop asking.

The dev's have already stated that charging full price for both is not an option for them. They have said that it will be anywhere from $1-$5 extra.
