TBH since the rules have changed the rules to allow new teams join. I see no reason why a cant change a toon as long the toons are from the same player they can team change.

The good thinh about IOs are theres so many different ways that people can go and proves there still builds to be found and devised. I like your build looks good but i still like mine more. And after testing Killing TG hehe i really feel more confident about him.

As we are starting Afresh i would like to post some new rules.

The league has evolved from the old one.

Now it will played weekly by which ever teams turn up.
a team can register at any point and play the following week.

Cherry will be sorting the league scores and keep everyone up to date with the scores on a weekly basis.

After the end of any league match i require the team leader to take a Screenie of the results and PM them to Cherry.

The league score will be based on your teams overall performance. A percentage taken of overall matchs play to win/lose..

Only teams that have played at least 3 matchs will be eligible to get in to the top 3 positions..

5 players per team and the 6th Sub rule is slightly altered where as long as the 4 regulars play the 5th player can be a draft. Any player Any Level. as long as both teams agree.
This is to allow the teams that struggle to stick to same 5 players everyweek teams that have over come this already can stick to the 6 man team. Also to get matchs off to start on time without hanging around for players.

Team leaders are responsable for your team players and turning up for the event if i need to get in touch with a team i will be coming to you. Please make sure all your team is aware of the regular time and day for this event once this event is on a regular run should prove very interesting and fun.

My advice is to make a toon you enjoy learn the powers that you have and the job they do then take them into a Zone and see how each power affecks a foe and go from there.

Fotm is always a good build because its always a easy set to play. I personally dont play Fotm sets as they are so widely used. I always like to make something different work.

Again depends what you want i dont want to have perma DP kinda takes the skill away from playing a Regen again.

its more of what you want to get from your Spines/Regen i achieved my goal. Your build has more DMG in it and lower regen and HP i wasnt concerned about the DMG in my build i was more interested in my defence,recovery and slows.
